Pleasant

Posted Aug 25, 2015
Cons: Breakfast
Location: Seattle, Mariners, Casinos, zoo,
Quite and comfortable. Almost to quite. A great place if you need a clean place to sleep and shower. Bathroom has been updated. Breakfast is below par, No pool or hot tub. We stayed for 4 days but literally was just there late at night and left early in the morning. I would defiantly stay there again if I wasn't going to be hanging around much. If I was more on a vacation I would pick something with a little more modern and fun atmosphere.

Helpful staff; handy for shopping mall.

Posted Aug 23, 2015
Location: 15 miles north of the city
We booked this hotel as a more affordable alternative to central Seattle and weren't disappointed. It took about 20-30 minutes to get to downtown Seattle by car (and you would need a car to get there). Parking at the weekends in downtown is ok but it's expensive during the week. The hotel is in a shopping area about 15 miles north of central Seattle. The receptionist printed us a map to get to a good shopping mall about a mile away. Food options were perhaps a little limited but we ate at the Olive Garden one night and Todo Mexican the other. The staff were very helpful, we arrived early and were able to check in - including a change to the pre booked rooms as our friends were unable to join us. The rooms we had were very spacious (one with a king bed and one with 2 queens). The breakfast was more than adequate (cereal, toast, bagels, waffles, fruit etc) and there was a laundry facility which was helpful.

The room was very clean and staff friendly however bathroom had some floor tiles loose to step on and it would have been nice to have a bathroom fan

Nice room

Posted Aug 7, 2015
First impression-not good. Construction/renovation material all over the lobby and main floor and 4the floor ceiling leaks water right in front of the elevator from a light fixture. Our toilet only flushed every 3rd try. We told staff and was told they already knew but nothing was done and no offer for a different room. Otherwise room itself was nice and AC worked well.

Lovely stay. Room had some blemishes but clean, safe, quiet and a great deal for a Seattle vacation. Very comfortable beds. Nice comp breakfast bar to fill up before heading to the city.

Very nice hotel in good area

Posted Aug 4, 2015
We found the hotel quite easily. They let us check in early. The hotel lobby and room had new and sometimes luxurious amenities. We enjoyed the breakfast also. It has a very good location for banking and shopping very nearby. I would recommend this hotel. Easy to get into downtown Seattle too.

Pros: It was surprisingly clean and the facilities were updated
The hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast bar left a little to be desired, but it was not a deal killer.

Too Expensive for what it was....

Pros: nothing
Cons: NEW STAFF
Location: Seattle is a great place..great food....ots of things to see and do...LOVED it.....
Staff was not friendly at all..would not except cash for the room..hotel is in a very hidden place of Lynnwood, not enough parking....small spaces, not big enough for a truck...hotel is under remodeling...was not told they had continental breakfast until last day...room was very noisy due to fan running al night with no switch to shut off....All in all would never stay or recommend this to anyone.....

Nice hotel in a good area

Posted Jul 16, 2015
This hotel was lovely. The room was very nice and the bed was comfortable. The area is nice as well. Tons of food options nearby! The mall wasn't too far either, so it made things a lot easier. The staff was overall nice and willing to help. We enjoyed it and would stay again.
