Not family friendly. Noise and terrible breakfast.Posted Feb 5, 2016
I requested the crib when booking. But the staff told me I should call. I am from abroad!!! They could at least send me an email to inform me in advance. Expedia should clearly state that they never provide crib.!!! The hotel seems built for temporary use. We can hear people walking on the upper floor. Very noisy! The floor is shaking too. The breakfast is terrible. Almost nothing. I will not come again! Very terrible experience!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!Posted Nov 30, 2015
Pros: Seeing it in my rear view mirror.
Cons: Needs new owners and policies.
Location: Seattle is AWESOME. Lots of great things to do, places to go, and plenty of GOOD hotels, just not this one.
Booked and paid for this hotel through Expedia five days in advance. When I arrived Thanksgiving Day, they requested an additional $30 "room deposit", payable by credit card. I handed the girl my business credit/debit card, and she said no, it has to be a credit card. I pointed out that it IS one, but she said it wasn't since it had the word "debit" on it. So I tried cash. They don't take cash, either. I got on the phone immediately with Expedia, explained the situation, they tried calling the hotel but tho hotel repeatedly didn't answer. Half an hour on the phone and now it was after 4:00 so Expedia told me that it was too late for a refund. But it was the hotel that refused MY business. This went back and forth for a while. Eventually the hotel manager showed up, yelled at me for not having a credit card, then told me I had to leave the premises or he would call the police. He also told me it was MY problem for not reading on their website that they only accept credit cards. Website? I never even saw the hotel's website, just the reference on Expedia.com. There was no mention on Expedia that they only accept credit cards, not cash or debit cards. Yet they took my payment from Expedia which originated from a debit card. I later did a search for the hotel's website, found it and read the whole thing. There is absolutely NO MENTION of a credit card only policy on their website. Had to find another hotel. Paid for 2 on Thanksgiving, only slept in one.

Room is clean and quite. The Wifi is strong and fast enough. Hotel employees are kind. I stayed at Room 418 and only weak point is the water pressure is a bit low.
