Apparently a booking isn't a booking here.

When we booked the hotel and checked in, the woman at the desk said if we stayed a second night the price for the room would drop from $x down to $a. When we went to pay for the second night the hotel manager told us that we were wrong and that the first night was already the cheapest rate. I told him that this was not a good way to do business. He apologized and told me that his front desk girl was still having problems with English. She very clearly stated the price Expedia asked me to delete here. I really wish there was a place I could tell you about my problems with Expedia throughout this entire trip, but they would just "edit" them out. Suffice it to say I will not be using them again.
The outside of the hotel looks worn and old but the interior was fine. The breakfast was good. The only problem I have is their lack of honoring the quoted price.
