We always have a great experience with Hyatt, and this one did not disappoint. Only unfortunate thing was that we couldn’t use the hot tub but we will definitely stay here again:)

When I booked this hotel there was no charge for parking but after checkout I received the emailed receipt and was surprised to see a $15 a day parking fee. The pool needs to be refinished as the surface is sloughing off. Was disappointed the hot tub was not working. Overall we were happy with our room and loved the moody vibes of the premises. The breakfast was good and we appreciated having a store there for meds a a bottle of wine after the bar had closed.

Overall our stay was average. The room was clean and quiet. We barely heard any noise from other rooms or hallways. The main bed was comfortable, but the pull out couch was terrible. I lied down to test it out and all I could feel was all the springs jamming into my back. Luckily my kids slept on it and they're not heavy enough to notice too much, but I wouldn't recommend for an adult to sleep on it. We were 4 people staying in the room, but we were provided with only 3 towel sets and only one pillow. Maybe the front desk could communicate it better to the housekeeping staff. The hot tub was out of order, which was a major bummer, one of the reasons we chose this property was because they had a hot tub. When asked at the front desk about the tub, the front lady replied "I don't know anything about it, I just got here". The last confusion was that we were advised the parking was $15/night. When I booked this in January I'm pretty sure the ad on Expedia said parking was included, also one of the reasons we chose this property. I thought maybe I was mistaken about it as the booking confirmation doesn't mention anything about parking, but I noticed some prior guests had mentioned free parking before. I don't really care if they changed their policy, but maybe honour the previous bookings. The complementary breakfast was really good. There was a nice variety of drinks and food. The staff working there were really nice.

Met expectations with a couple exceptions: bed is on a platform base with sharp corners that extend out a bit, so both of us hit our legs on those corners several times. Condiments like tea, coffee, salt and pepper packets not all kept in stock; and room had no blanket for sofa bed. I think housekeeping needs a bit more attention to detail.

Hyatt House is a great choice for a stay in Redmond. The rooms are really good (our only observation is that the handheld shower is strangely high). Common areas in the hotel are a bit less cozy. Staff are great and helpful. We are repeat customers.

This is our go to spot now everytime we go to Seattle Area. The place is very quiet, clean, and staff are friendly. We also love the fact there's free breakfast and they serve rice!!! In a rice cooker! Highlight of our visit. Free parking is a plus as well.

This is a wonderful hotel! The housekeeping was excellent, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was full of many delicious hot and cold options, and the heated pool was great! I love the area around the hotel. There is a lovely river with a trail a block away. Stores and restaurants are less than a 10 minute walk away. I look forward to staying here again.

This hotel is directly across the street from my daughter's apartment complex, so it makes it convenient, and the hotel is very upscale. It is the perfect location being close to walkable trails, dining, and shopping. It is the perfect end to a beautiful day in Redmond. Don't forget to order Zeek's Pizza!

Value for money. Free parking. Free breakfast. Have swimming pool/hot tub. Clean, quiet and comfortable room. If you like outdoor exercise, there is a 10km walking/biking lane along the beautiful river just next to the hotel.

It’s a hotel next to other apartments. Very walkable - we walked to Coastline Burgers and Hoffman’s Fine Cakes and Pastries for a casual night out. The Hyatt is next to walkable streets and parks. The free breakfast buffet was yummy. Parking is easy garage parking across the street from the hotel.
