Nice Hotel close to the Tacoma Dome.

Pros: Location and great restaurant.
Location: Close to the Dome and waterfront.
Terrific staff, very clean nicely appointed rooms. Close to the Dome, short drive to get to a show. The restaurant was wonderful as was the wait staff, overall 5 stars!

Walked from Century Link back to the hotel. Happy hour was nice and the staff was very friendly.

Great hotel, great people

A great place to start our trip. Super friendly staff, very helpful of things to do. Nightly happy hour and free coffee each morning, really wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thanks Kimpton! Next time I'll bring my dog.

We came down for a weekend trip to go to a baseball game and chose to stay here due to the uniqueness off the pictures on the website and the other reviews we had read. The lobby and the rooms are beautiful. The location was perfect! We could easily walk to Pike's Place Market, the Great Wheel, and Safeco field. We also loved the wine social hour in the lobby. We will definitely stay here again.

Remarkable hotel and staff.

Our first stay at a Kimpton and everything about this place was exceptional. We stayed two nights. The valet was very helpful with bags, directions, and timely return of our vehicle. The concierge helped plan a fun day for us and were just the sweetest people to speak to. Happy hour with free wine, free yoga (Tuesdays), a trendy lobby restaurant, and excellent location are other notable points. Room cleanliness: spotless. I would highly recommend staying here, as we intend to stay at more Kimpton locations in the near future.

I loved the location of this hotel. It is walking distance from EVERYTHING! The room was very cozy and I really enjoyed staying there.

Overall disappointing

Pros: The location and the actual bed.
Cons: Everything from service, cleanliness, and food quality.
Lack of details and organization. When I checked in, the receptionist asked for my driver's license. It was actually my birthday and she did not wish me a happy birthday. I asked for a high floor and did not get it. There was a baby next door and you can hear it crying. I guess the housekeeping service does not include refreshing your amenities because we had no coffee pods for the next day or and 1 cup. Housekeeping did not review the towels because there was one with red stains all over it. Could have been from wine or blood but absolutely disgusting.
