We were grateful for the comfortable beds and warm shower. It had been a very busy week in Seattle and it was just good to relax. This was our 1st stay ever at one of your hotels. A refrigerator would have been nice...but wasn't really needed at that point. Thank you for the quick and caring service your staff gave.

Cons: Bath tub seemed dirty on the bottom. Front desk clerk in the early AM was unable to find key to provide change and didn't offer to print a receipt.
Adequate for overnight stay. Room was comfortable and quiet.

Walk from the airport

Pros: This hotel meets all of my needs on an overnight trip to see a Seahawks game.
Location: Near the light rail, close to the airport, restaurants and diners nearby.
This is the hotel where I stay when I go to Seahawks games. I can walk there from the airport, there is an "on call" settle to and from the light rail station in the afternoon and after the games. There is a good complimentary breakfast and an airport shuttle every 1/2 hour in the morning. The rooms are nice, the hotel is quiet, there is free internet, and a pool and hot tub. For a moderate priced hotel, one could not ask for more.

Room was dusty & dirty. No one obviously vacuumed. past peoples bathing suits still in bathroom.

Close to everything

We stayed at night it was close to restaurants so my husband could walk to with our little ones and enjoyed the stay. The beds were way too hard and the pillows were awkward but all and all good stay for overnight

Wonderful staff!

Pros: The rooms were comfortable and quiet.
Cons: I had to mark this review down due to the shabby appearance of the halls, exterior, pool area and elevators. The breakfast was disappointing.
We stayed on two different nights one week apart and I can't say enough good things about the staff. Pleasant, accommodating, helpful. Not only did they answer questions, but anticipated what we would need and almost had it arranged before we could ask-from arranging a shuttle to transport us to our cruise ship to recommending a nice diner within walking distance to storing our luggage so we could go to the diner after we had already checked out-these people went over and above what we normally experience at hotels. The shuttle drivers for the hotel were friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Not cleaned properly

The bed appeared to have new sheets on it, but otherwise had not been cleaned. Even the toilet had dried urine under it which is something I have never experienced in a hotel before! The carpet was stained and overall the room was quite dingy. I won't be staying at a La Quinta again.

Kudos to Mason, the manager at this hotel! He was professional, courteous, polite & listened patiently while I told him how the night before we were given keys to a room already occupied. He made a bad experience a good one..thanks Mason!

Everything was perfect. But the washing machine was out of order.
