Nice hotel hard to get

Hotel was nice room was clean Pretty typical hotel room Was hard to find and get to tucked away on a dead end street

Comfortable hotel near I-90 freeway in Bellevue

Pros: We liked the location of this hotel which was very close to where we spending most of our time. The bed we had was most comfortable.
Cons: Much improvement should be done to the condition of the room counters and cabinets. A little more offerings to the morning breakfast department.
Location: We are frequent visitors to Seattle so really the location is what is convenient for us. The hotel is central to all things but not close to anything.
Our one night stay was welcomed by the courteous at the front desk.

Dear Charles, Thank you for the review and the rating, your commentary regarding the room condition is fair and valid. In response I can say that 2016 is the year that this location has been allocated a face-lift of rooms and other areas. There has been considerable expenditures made on areas less obvious to the guests, these include Wifi equipment replacement adding bandwidth and adding free access. major plumbing repairs of over half the pipework, replacement of the water boilers, TV service (replacement scheduled for March). The breakfast is limited by the nature of the hotel, it was not built with a restaurant and kitchen facility with the rooms all having equipped kitchenettes. The rooms are the next on the schedule, and these will be schedule to cause as little disruption to guest's as possible. Nice + Clean

Very clean rooms + linens. I had a problem with someone in the room next to me snoring like a freight train! Asked the staff to move me and they upgraded me to a King suite at the same time.

Great hotel close to freeway. Very clean and spacious with nice kitchenettes in the rooms. Very happy with my stay.

Nice hotel, near the main highway and convenient

Pros: Clean, convenient, good staff, good price.
Cons: I mentioned my comments above.
Location: Near the highway, few decent restaurants and shopping center.
Nice and clean hotel. Decent breakfast choices. Nice staff. Few light negative comments: The toilet was not working when I got into the room, and there was a nail pupping out on the floor from the carpet (which caused a slight cut on my foot, nothing earthshattering). The issue was that, the technetium was not able to come until the next morning. Then the second day the sink was clogged. I don't want this to cause a huge negative points, but simply bring it to the management's attention.

Nice clean hotel, great value

Pros: That it had a breakfast included and we had a full fridge, stove and full size microwave and DVD player.
Cons: Info on address and phone # should be on phone and on bulletin board. Hot tub was not working during our stay.
Location: Great location although a bit tricky to find initially since the GPS system didn't recognize some of the twists and turns with the roads.
We enjoyed our stay. I appreciate having a full size fridge with freezer and the ice maker in the room. Having a DVD player was a bonus as well since we enjoyed relaxing and watching movies in the room at night. I would have given a better review had the hot tub been working but it was out of order during our stay. The breakfast area was nice but more trays are needed and they ran out of food (eggs, ham) so if you want the full selection you need to get there early. Having calling info and directions on the phone would have been helpful as well as the address and phone # of the hotel. When I called to order pizza I was not able to give my address or phone # as there was no info anywhere in the room about that. That info would be critical especially in an emergency. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Staff Needs More Training, Rooms Need Improving

Pros: It's not too bad of a location.
Cons: Replace Kyle.
We were fairly disappointed with our stay. Even though we were booked through Expedia and we know there are limitations, the rooms were fairly inconvenient and our family was split up on two floors because of the individual suites. The handle was broken, the towel hook was broken, and the sofa beds were very uncomfortable and had inadequate bedding. Most importantly, the staff member Kyle was loud and inconsiderate, and was very badly trained. The other staff member was fine.

Convenient to family

Pros: Conveniently located to our daughters' houses.
Cons: The cabinets should be updated or refinished since the varnished wood was down to bare wood on all the cabinet doors. Kitchen pots could be added.

Hotel was clean and nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful:) Big rooms with comfortable beds. Nice updated tv with showtime. The healthy cafe was amazing and tasted fresh. Look forward to going back to stay. Will recommend to friends.
