Clean and friendly hotel

Posted Jan 24, 2016
Pros: I love the atmosphere and location.
Cons: I think the shuttle should have access to Downtown Seattle.
Location: Restaruants and shopping centers.
The hotel was great. The sheets were comfortable and easy to fall asleep. The location is very close to the Seatac Airport with provided shuttle. The staff was friendly with complimentary cookies when we arrived. I loved the complimentary breakfast.

Dear Antoinette, The team was excited to see all the positive comments you made about our hotel. Thank you. While we don't offer shuttle service all the way to Seattle we can take you to the light rail station. From there it is a short train ride to downtown. Regards, Thomas Hughes General Manager

Larkspur Renton

We loved this hotel. It was close to the airport but drive able to downtown. The hotel rooms have a full kitchen and a daily breakfast. The breakfast was great. The parking and Internet were free. The staff was accommodating and friendly. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Seattle.

Beautiful setting, great staff, some hidden fees.

Posted Jan 17, 2016
I loved the views and the staff was excellent. The rooms were very clean and well appointed, although the bed was too soft for my wife. The bathroom was excellent, with one of the best showers I have ever seen.

Dear Guest, I am happy to hear you enjoyed your stay with us. In regards to the hidden fees we do not charge any type of fee other than the charge for the room and tax. We do authorize $25 per night on a credit card at check-in to cover any potential incidental charges, but as long as our guests do not purchase anything additional throughout their stay that authorization is released at check-out. I apologize for the misunderstanding. Regards, Thomas Hughes General Manager

Returning customer, multiple stays!

My spouse and I have stayed at this hotel going on three times now. They are very accommodating, my wife is pregnant and they helped us with all her needs. Breakfast is great and plenty.

Nice hotel located close to Freeway & airport

Posted Jan 15, 2016
Pros: Close to freeway and my work HQ - also not far from airport (SEATAC).
Room was comfortable and clean - nice bed, deck, kitchen area. Only negative was I was in room 102 on first floor; next to the work out room which opened at 5:00 a.m. 5:05 a.m. one morning I got woken up by a loud "banging" that was the weight machines in that room. Would recommend 2nd or 3rd floor - that workout room and meeting rooms are on 1st floor - so more hall traffic and noise.

Nice hotel in industrial area

Posted Jan 3, 2016
This hotel was very comfortable. Spacious studio suite. Breakfast was better than the average "breakfast included" hotels. The location was not great; not really near much but easy access to freeways. You will need a car. Staff was excellent.

Very nice

Posted Jan 2, 2016
Pros: Rooms very nice and comfortable. Continental breakfast was very good. Excellent location
Cons: Being allowed to check in early especially if you have travelled from a long way. The lobby became quite busy with people waiting for that magic 3 PM
Location: Near multiple dining options
When first trying to check in early the front desk wasn't as friendly, but when that magic time of 3 PM hit the same person transformed into a very nice person.

Dear Guest, Thank you for the review. I have spoken to all my team in regards to the importance of being flexible with check-in time. 3 PM is the time we guarantee your room will be ready, but early check-ins are available if rooms are clean and ready. I apologize for the inconvenience. Regards, Thomas Hughes General Manager

Nice facility, service lacking

Posted Jan 2, 2016
Pros: Rooms are very nice and we'll stocked.
Location: Nice area.
We arrived at 5:30 pm, with a reservation that had been scheduled weeks in advance, and the room was not ready. We had to wait for a half an hour for our room when we were exhausted after a full day of travelling. Then, when we were checking out, they could not print a receipt for our bill. The reason?, because we had booked through a third party (Expedia). We have never had that happen before.

Dear Guest, I am so sorry to hear we did not have a room for you ready upon your arrival. There is no excuse for us to have any guest waiting to check-in after 3 PM. Unfortunately when guests pay through a third party the hotel does not charge the guest and so we would be unable to print a receipt. The third party generally sends a receipt at the time of booking. I apologize for the inconvenience and would be happy contact Expedia on your behalf if you should still need a receipt. Regards, Thomas Hughes General Manager
