The room was basic. And it was small and dark. Only view was of another building and some equipment. I stayed the week before at a nearby hotel and had a nicer room for the same price. I wouldn’t have stayed in this room for more than one night. The staff were pleasant- especially Sebastian and the other young man who were the valets in front.

Easy walking distance to Pike Place Market, easy one block walk to the subway if your going to the Mariners or Seahawks game. Only four stops to the stadiums. Great cocktail lounge down in the lobby that makes good drinks and does serve meals and appetizers all of which are prepared in the hotel restaurant which is also really good.

Overall a great stay (this was the second time we stayed here. The staff are lovely, the rooms clean and tidy. Only complaint is the water pressure in the showers are low, the temperature control in the room wasn’t working well, and the wait for the elevator is sometimes quite long. I would still return, as I love the location and how great the staff are.

Very old school hotel which I enjoyed. However the parking is OUTRAGEOUSLY EXPENSIVE!

Adequate lighting in our room. Clothes hangers easy to use. Clean and good quality linens/towels. Shower head in a perfect position for us. Hooks in the bathroom. We always enjoy the service and food in the dining room. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Close to Pike Place and lots of shops around. Stay off 3rd street, as this is a hangout for homeless/drug zombies. All other streets felt very safe and tourist friendly.

The location was great and the staff are awesome. The room was good but I could hear my neighbours word for word and I didn’t enjoy hearing the neighbour clearing his throat multiple times throughout our stay. Not the hotel’s fault as I know it’s an old building. Other than that I enjoyed our stay.

The location was great for a downtown stay. The king bed was not comfotable; however the room was clean, and there were no other issues. Deposit retention(10 days for return) was also a bit annoying. Overall, I think I would look around next time for something a bit better.

I am sorry that we didn't explain the credit card process properly at check-in. The possibility of up to 10 business days to release the additional amount held for incidentals on the payment presented at check-in is regarding the use of either a debit card (written on the registration card at check-in) or an international bank/financial institution credit card. Local U.S. credit card holds are generally released 3-5 business days after check-out. All are dependent upon the policy of the banking establishment the card is funded through. Mayflower park is an amazing hotel located in an extremely convenient area. I stayed here with my best friend (we shared a queen bed) and it was extremely comfortable. The beds and pillows were some of the most comfortable I’ve slept on. The shower had good pressure but took some getting used to because the way the shower head is made it caused small gaps in the water stream (like most shower heads). Everywhere in Seattle in a 15 minute walk away maximum and there are so many buses that run right in front of the hotel. If you want slippers just ask the front desk. Great overall 10/10!

Nice place. Lobby, bar and room nicely decorated. Great location. Staff were super nice. Only downside, bathroom was tiny and in need of updating. Especially tub! Plus shower pressure was not good. And light switch was outside of the bathroom??? lol why? Kept waking up the fam.

The bar and bartender were great! Had a wonderful time talking to Conner. However, the hotel staff save the Concierge were terrible. The front desk staff didn't let my wife check in while I was parking the car, put us on a very noisy floor, and didn't even look up while talking to me when I asked to change rooms. Then they proceeded to call me until we completed the change over every 5 minutes. The room was adequate, but small, and lacked soundproofing. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The cost wasn't even that much cheaper than larger chains. Not really sure how they're staying in business.

Location-wise it is at the heart of downtown Seattle, you can walk to many destinations easily. The Serious Pie is only a block away, and the pizzas at night and breakfasts in the morning were both good. However, what impressed the most was how nice the staff were! They are friendly & considerate. We left our cellphone in our valet parked car. They went to the car, searched for it, and brought it back to our room in less than 20 minutes.
