Amazing location, great staff. Enjoyed our stay. Bed was a little too firm for me, but otherwise great place. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and centrally located

This hotel room was amazing! It was very well designed and we'll decorated. The bathroom was gorgeous and the bed was comfy. Even the art near the elevators was great. It was quiet even though we were right above the street. It was convient to walk to most places in Seattle. This was a great find. Very trendy and clean.

Our room looked toward the Puget Sound and it was so beautiful.

Great location, clean

Bath tub clogged. Some rooms with great views, some not so nice. Quality of renovation is average. A bunch of "hard" pillows gave me stiff-neck. Somewhat overpriced ($425/night).

Great location!

Pros: The location sells this hotel, though. It's great--you can walk to Pike Place Market, the train and the waterfront.
Cons: A less "upscale" restaurant for breakfast?
I think we stayed here about five years ago but it was under different management. The hotel was lovely, the staff was very helpful especially nice since my dad is in a wheelchair. We only got to stay one night, but next time I'm in Seattle I hope to stay at this hotel.

Meh. The housekeeping staff leaves something to be desired, like for instance the last guest's dirty wash rag in the tub, drawers left open (why were they looking in the drawers?), a pillow left in the chair rather than the bed. Every day it was something, which tells me they are not paying attention to their job. Everything else was fine, noting stood out.
