Chose this hotel because of location and access to freeway. It is an older property that has received a recent face lift. Was not aware of huge construction project next door which contributed to noise issues. Reception manager was very on-the-ball, welcoming and efficient. Room was ok, but needs a deep cleaning, especially bathroom and carpet. Water from tub faucet came out rusty and took 8 minutes to get warm, eventually getting warm enough to rinse off but never hot. Biggest issue is the lack of soundproofing between rooms and between floors - indicative of older construction. Noise from all sides meant a long night and not much sleep. Would only stay here again because of location.

TV did not work, called desk put me on hold for a min, then told me it was cable out workers coming in morning. In am TV in breakfast room we're on.... Went to desk again, new person, right away he said TV does not work in that room ... What the he....ll. Could have just told us, not lied. Plenty of rooms available too ..

It was a very nice hotel just abit noisy as close to the highway. We live in a quiet place. We loved the hot breakfast.

After staying in Best Western Wenatchee, I never thought I’d stay in a Best Western hotel again. I needed a place to stay in the Renton area for one night and this hotel was the most convenient, most affordable place. I went through the most recent reviews and because majority of them were positive, I took a chance. Check in was easy with a nice gentleman at the desk. He was courteous, friendly and made us feel welcome. The lobby, breakfast/business area were clean. The room we got was spotless and we were in a great location. If there was one thing I wanted to mention that was on the negative side - the noise when you walk in front of the armoire that had the tv and fridge got kind of annoying especially when you don’t want to wake up your sleeping child. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with this hotel. I almost forgot - breakfast was included and it was great! Food looked fresh and the area was clean. The attendant was nice and friendly too.

Best western
The hotel was clean and the staff are amazing. The two front desk ladies and the lady who looked after breakfast. All very kind and friendly. The room was small but fine for one night. No hot water and very little water pressure. Was fixed after we had our shower. You will need a car here you cannot walk to restaurants etc.

The toilet had no pressure and would not flush the entire time we were there. The front desk was notified twice. We started to just throw the tissue in the garbage can and #2 downstairs in the lobby to use it.

Decent hotel. Difficult to get to, especially at night when its raining. Just about guarantee you will drive past it a couple times, and likely right back on to the freeway before you figure it out if the driving conditions are poor.

Convenient location, nicely remodeled hotel. Staff was very welcoming and the ladies providing the breakfasts were very nice and kept the area very clean. Good breakfast too. The mattress was too soft, very uncomfortable for me, could be the only thing that didn't get replaced during remodel. Rm 342

We’ve stayed here for trips to see family over the past 3 years. The staff has always been wonderful, the property has had some wear and tear but it seems that’s being taken care of. The breakfast is back & has very good choices & a wonderful cook! It’s nice to have a place that feels familiar!
