Perfect location for Seatac airport.

Hotel sent a courtesy shuttle to pick us up from the airport. Although we could have walked across had we not had so much luggage. Very nice reception staff, always happy to help. Our room was at the back of the hotel looking out into a lake, very quiet, very clean, everything you needed in the room. Overall​ very pleased with this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Good hotel by SEA-TAC airport

Pros: By light rail station
Cons: Food prices in restaurant
Good hotel located across from airport, and by the light rail for transport into Seattle. Very quiet for being next to airport.

Excellent hotel. Excellent location. You can take the train to downtown and you can save money.

Close to airport.

Didn't tell me at check in that they charge for parking. Also no breakfast included. (?!)

Room was a little dated but nothing that paint couldn't fix. Staff was very polite and friendly

Lovely reception area, nice restaurant and bd bar.. Very quiet for being so close to the airport... Nice stay.

Close to airport

Some furniture in room hadn't been dusted in quite some time. Headboard and dresser the tv sat on. That grosses me out! At check in, the chair rail behind the desk was full of dust. Not a good first impression. When you see this, you start questioning if the maid took another short cut with the bedding. Definitely needs some room upgrading, as the refrigerator sits on the floor sandwiched in between the desk and the tv. On top of the refrigerator sits the microwave, and on top of the microwave, sits the coffee pot. Not appealing to the eye. Not impressed with this hotel!

Near Airport/No Security Cameras

The room was roomy. Unfortunately when you see stuff splashed on walls that have not been wiped or on outside of tub, lap shades that have yellow stains on, fridge, microwave inside dressers not wiped out and piled high dust/dirt in corners and edges not vacuumed. These are things that turn people off and are cheap to maintain once a week to wipe/ vacuum down. However the people next door and travelled with did not want to move. Two days later someone overrided the hotel card key, and while they were sleeping stoled phone by bed and daughter's purse.Yes they did not dead bolt Door but also hotel has no security cameras anywhere in hotel! Lucky no one was hurt!!
