The location to the airport is great. The staff was not. The woman at the front desk was unfriendly and not very helpful. The bell staff didn't not even approach to offer two elder woman assistance with loading or taking their multiple bags to their room. Most of the time the staff was totally disinterested in assisting with any customers that I good see. The wait staff in the restaurant were wonderful. I will not stay there again.

I didn’t like the lighting in the back of the bed and there’s no turn off button. I couldn’t sleep very well.

I like the property. It is an old building but good. Clean unit - actually spotless. Only I miss a coffee machine, it would be handy as the coffee downstairs costs over 7,- $. The owner Hiroki, is a very great person.

Ann who checked us in was wonderful. Efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. It was an enjoyable experience. The woman who waited on us at the RBJ restaurant for breakfast went above and behind in her service.

The lady that checked us in barely acknowledged us during the process. A group of people in the hall were being very loud around 1 or 2 am and woke us up, then around 2:30 or 3am, we were evacuated due to a fire in the building. We grabbed all our stuff and left.

I’ve stayed at the Raddison many times. It’s always clean and comfortable. This stay met those expectations but there was a parfume smell in the rooms that made me sick. I’m a migraine sufferer so this is a deal breaker for me.

Staff was super friendly. Its the most walkable hotel from sea-tac. Honestly, idk why anyone would stay anywhere else. Leave the airport and head to the right. Cross the street and your there. Maybe a ten minute walk.

Property was convenient to the airport but not worth price paid. Room was not clean, specifically the bathroom. If you stay here, be sure to get a room not facing the road otherwise you will not get much sleep. The food in the restaurant was awful and service was lacking even though they were not busy. The server cared more to talk to the front desk staff rather than help the customers. Also, very expensive for the poor quality and preparation.

For the price of the hotel, it should include complimentary breakfast atleast. Inn's are like 100 bucks cheaper and come with complimentary breakfast and the rooms are pretty much the same
