Right across the street from SeaTac Airport

Very conveniently located across from airport. Easy on-sight parking. Staff is very friendly. The hotel is well appointed. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are well done. The only complaint is that there were hairs in the bathtub. Everything else was sparkling clean. And the upgraded toiletries were a nice touch.

The Radissen had a very friendly and accommodating staff. The hotel is a bit older but they are upkeeping well. At times it felt a bit ghost town when trying to get service from the restaurant or even a cocktail at the bar, which wasn't open most of the time. Overall, it was a convenient place to take up respite vs being stranded at the airport!

The front desk staff was the best

Not great...

The hotel was very close to the airport. This was convenient for traveling, and there were plenty of things nearby (food, shops, etc.) that made it a nice place to stay. The hotel itself, however, had a few issues that were seriously annoying. The room was very small and this hotel had the smallest toiletries I have ever seen in a hotel. The drain in our shower wouldn't drain, and despite efforts by the hotel to correct the problem, my ankles bathed in dirty water every night when I took a shower. The front desk person specifically told us we did not need a pass to park where we were parked, and we woke up with a $78 ticket on our window. The food in the hotel was ridiculously expensive. We had to leave the hotel to eat every meal. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel, and would not stay here again. It was not horrible, but there are several options nearby, and I'm sure you can find something better.

Room service lax but otherwise stay was quite good

I checked in about 6 and had a 2:30 wake up call. I requested a few packets of salt as I needed to gargle. Thirty minutes later I called again and received the salt within 5 minutes. Other than that glitch my stay was fine. The room was spacious, well organized, fairly priced, and the young woman at the front desk most accommodating. I will seek out this hotel in the future.

Great Location, So So Room

The hotel is literally the closest hotel to Seatac Airport. You can literally walk to and from the airport to this hotel. There's a Denny's a block away. Staff were excellent. Room was great. The only downside was the shower knob did not work, so I had to have two people come in to unstick it. Not something you want to deal with first thing in the AM.

Nice hotel close to the Seatac airport

Pros: I like the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room.
Cons: Unfortunately, we did get a room that faced the front of the airport, so when planes took off at night, it was noisy and had difficulty falling asleep
Location: Denny's and other restaurants nearby. Airport is conveniently across the way.
Our experience here was quite pleasant. Staff is very nice and rooms are clean. The airport is right by the hotel so very convenient for traveling. There are a couple of restaurants also nearby and within walking range.

Questionable amenities

Pool was closed, no vending machines, ice machine only on the top floor. Hotel mini store had depleted stock, and no soda. 24 hour shuttle was great for trip to airport but took 45 minutes to pick up from airport.

No bellboys. No help with luggage

Got downgraded from suite to regular due to couch bed being so bad you couldn't lay on it and was charged suite prices. No compensation Stayed at hotel down street in past and will go back there

Walk to the airport

Pros: Near airport
Cons: New mattresses. My husband's back is till hurting 3 days later. It was so lumpy!
Location: 13 Coins next door. Good bar and restaurant except for whiney bar tender.
Just stayed one night. The room was clean but the bed was SO LUMPY!
