Location: Very close to SeaTac airport but not noisy

Pros: Proximity to airport, price, shuttle service.
My husband said the hotel was really close to the airport. He called when he landed and the hotel had a shuttle there quickly.The front desk was friendly and professional, there were no issues with the reservation, charges, etc.Good value for the price, and the room was comfortable and clean.

Need heat in the winter

Hotel location and availability of shuttles to the airport was great. Room was OK, except the heat in my room was not working properly. I reported it to the front desk who requested it be repaired while I was out to dinner - when I returned the "repair" was a space heater ! Not exactly ideal in the winter.

Good choice for SeaTac

Room was ready when we got there and was very quiet. Restaurant was not too far, but it still was necessary to go outdoors to get to it. Lots of electrical outlets for technology.

Room was exceptionally hot (79 degrees in November) and when I inquired at the desk, I was told that the entire hotel had one heating system so all rooms were the same temperature. As several guests had complained about rooms being cold earlier, the staff had increased the overall temperature for all rooms. The only thing that I was offered was a fan and was told to open my window. Additionally, as I had booked through Expedia, the staff told me that there was nothing they could do and that if I had complaints, I should contact Expedia. The hotel staff was unsympathetic and unhelpful. Very, very disappointing, especially for a VIP hotel.
