Great location, could be cleanerPosted Oct 19, 2015
Pros: The breakfast had both healthy and non-healthy options making both families and adults happy!
Cons: I have pretty bad allergies and the air in the room bothered me. Additionally, the bathroom was not as clean upon check-in.
Location: Bike/walking trail very close! There are parks within walking distance too and the bike velodrome is close-by as well.
Loved the fact that the hotel is located right next to a whole foods and a bike/walk recreation trail. The beds are comfortable enough ... not amazing, but certainly quite comfortable! Really, the only complaint is that the room was not as clean as I would expect a hotel of this caliber to be.

The facilities are a little bit old, but the price is pretty cheap. So it is suitable for students. If you drive to Seattle, it is quite easy for parking, and the hotel is far from Downtown Seattle

Nice hotel for the area...The room was clean...Posted Sep 7, 2015
Pros: Location to my granddaughter and central to stores and restaurants.
Cons: It is what it is...
Location: Target was nearby! Chipotle and Whole Foods were in walking distance...
This was my first visit to Seattle and Kirkland. The hotel room was a little dated, but they did try to update as much as possible. I usually stay at Marriot properties, but this was a little cheaper...The room was dark and gloomy looking...nothing spectacular, just comfortable. There was paper on the floor that the housekeeper left from the previous guests, but other than that the room was clean...Breakfast was horrible! No meat, only carbs (bread)!

The worst hotel experience I've ever had. Non smoking hotel filled with smoke and inattentive staff

Loved the hotel. Very clean rooms, lobby, and halls. The pancake reassurance was delicious. Beautiful location. Super close to grocery store and small mall. Very quick drive to Seattle. Will definitely stay there again.

Hotel was in a good locationPosted Sep 4, 2015
Cons: Up date carpeting and rooms. Get the musty smell out
The Hotel seemed outdated. When entered the building it smelled musty and the carpets appeared dirty. The room was OK. The carpet seem old and outdated and the room smelled musty. The room had everything you would want in a room-Microwave, refrigerator and desk area. Just an old outdated building and rooms

Ride to Conquer CancerPosted Sep 1, 2015
Pros: location to marymoor park.
Cons: room 341 needs to be updated.
Location: Ride to Conquer Cancer
The hotel was close to the finish line. Even though it was summer. It is a bit overpriced.

Run DownPosted Aug 29, 2015
Cons: Needs a lot of updating, wifi was not good, mattresses were really hard.
When we checked in the front desk was okay, but did not feel very welcoming. The rooms and hallways were didn't feel very clean even if they were. Just sort of felt run down. There were mildew spots in shower and in the "whirl pool" room. I was going to stay for three nights and ended up moving to a different hotel for the third night.

I could happily have stayed longerPosted Aug 26, 2015
Pros: Mostly, the staff. Also, ask them for a taxi and one is at the door immediately. Their free shuttle service will take you anywhere within 5 miles.
Cons: Possibly, the air ducts were due for a cleaning, but what hotel or motel doesn't have some dust in the ducts?
Location: It's convenient for Microsoft... not as close as I expected, but close enough.
The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful, empathetic, welcoming and kind. I checked in fairly late in the evening. My room was ready and exactly as requested, even though a late-check in might expect that their preferences could not be accommodated. I anticipated train problems out of Seattle because of the wildfires, but the staff gave me a generous late checkout so I had time for the most up to date information before leaving. The room had a fridge and a microwave... both clean, both in top working order... also coffee. The TV reception was good. The free wi-fi reception was good. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and as advertised.
