Cons: Hot food available for room service, late night.
The room was nice, but because of the sliding door to the bathroom, I felt like I had no privacy. Overall, it was a great place to stay,

Great Location and StaffPosted Oct 18, 2015
Pros: Staff and dining options
Cons: Larger bathrooms and better signage during the construction to help guest locate the hotel
Location: Pike Place and great restaurants just a short walk away.
Fantastic weekend getaway hotel. Staff friendly and very professional. Loved that there are options for dining or cocktails. Requested a room on a higher floor and away from the highway and had a great view of the amazing building surrounding the hotel.

Cons: No Issues
Location: Perfect. Pikes place market, monorail, underground tours, space needle. Awesome resturants.
Upon arrival, after walking from 3rd to 6th Streets, I was sweating like a pig and without asking i was offered a bottle of water. This is service!!!!!!!!. In 3 days of stay, everything was perfect and what I expected. Will stay again!!!!!! Thank You!

MediocrePosted Oct 8, 2015
Pros: It looks gorgeous and the location is pretty alright.
Cons: Free wifi and at least include breakfast.
Especially considering the price I paid, the experience was quite unsatisfactory. I left never wanting to return or wanting to recommend it to anyone else. Their wifi was not free, and the staff had inconsiderate and impatient attitudes.

Very nice hotel, nice location and great rooms. I liked the water stations and the lobby bar was fun and service was great. The check in went smoothly and we were given a nice room. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Liked the Aveda products in the bathroom. We had a great stay.

Nice hotel and just what we wantedPosted Oct 7, 2015
Pros: Location and restaurant
Location: Pike Street Markets, Seattle Ferris Wheel, stadiums for sports nuts
We checked in late on a Saturday just for 1 night as we were cruising out the next day and we were surprised by how much there is to do in Seattle. The gentleman at check-in was really helpful in providing us a map and circling things that we might want to see and do before our cruise departed. Our room was very nice and clean, only complaint was the sound from the freeway but as we had come via NYC and Washington we were use to this but others might not be. Also the air conditioning seemed to kick in and out which was a little odd but overall our experience was pleasant. The buffet breakfast was good too.

DisappointedPosted Sep 21, 2015
Pros: Very pretty lobby, nice staff, nice room.
Cons: Better windows or a room away from the frwy.
The hotel was beautiful, the room was nice. Way too noisey for my taste. I was able to hear the 5 Frwy all night.

Construction Noise and Due for a RefurbishmentPosted Sep 14, 2015
I stayed here for 3 nights and was awoken by the noise of the adjacent construction site every morning at 7:30am... Considering you pay top dollar for a 4 star hotel, they should review their rates. They also charge you a ridiculous fee for wifi $12USD/day for fast, not super fast which is more expensive Internet. Not even free water. It's 2015... Get real

Dear Christopher, thank you for staying with us and your feedback. I am sorry that the construction next door impact your stay. In general we do not have many complaints and there are strict rules that the construction can not start before 7am midweek. Sincerely, Rene Neidhart
