Nice hotel close to UW in Seattle.

Happy with facilities! We have nothing negative to say except that it was to bad we didn't have more time to spend there.

Second stay here, last stay here.

Posted Dec 11, 2016
The first time we stayed at this hotel we had a great experience the second time was the polar opposite. There was an elevator down and no sign to indicate that. There were no bed linens for the hide-a-bed of either on the mattress or in the closet. It took housekeeping over an hour to get them to us after they had said it'd be about 10 minutes. When we did receive the bed linens it was a flat sheet and four pillow cases instead of a fitted sheet for the mattress and the pillowcases and sheets looked as if they hadn't been laundered they were all wrinkly and had hair on them. There was no shampoo in the room. The bathroom had hair on the floor and stuck to the walls. We went to the front desk to buy water and they ran out of water. The desk staff said that it happens when we asked about more water. We asked for a receipt for what we had purchased and they said they weren't able to print it out for us.

Nice stay - thank you!

Pros: The hotel is clean, the staff was nice and the rooms were clean and very quiet.
Cons: It will be nicer once the surrounding construct is complete.
The stay was nice and quiet. The room was clean. The breakfast was nice and varied.

This will be my last stay there.

I've stayed here a few times before and loved it, but this time was different. There was trash under the sofa, the pool was cloudy and cold and every few minutes one of us had to stop and unwind the hair that would get caught around our fingers. All of the hotel staff was more than helpful except one man who wouldn't even look at us and only spoke 1 word answers. My kids loved the video game room. The pull out sofa bed is horrible. The springs stick out. The comp. breakfast had a lot of great choices, but it is super stressful. It is U shaped and on 1 side everyone lines up to cook waffles. Then you have to go backwards in line to get the toppings. All of the plates and silver wear are at the inside so if you need a simple utensil you have to wait in line behind people who are getting food. The whole set up is backwards and way too crowded.

Quiet, clean and terrific customer service.

Posted Nov 16, 2016
Pros: The game room and the friendly staff.
Cons: Make sure the towels are appropriately stocked.
Location: Close to Bellevue Center shopping.
I think I was placed in a good room and got lucky that it was quiet. The staff were all fantastic - helpful, courteous customer service. The room was clean and even better than expected. My only complaint is that there was only one washcloth in a room that hold four people.

I would stay again, lovely hotel and staff. Only complaints were it took a very long time to get hot water in the shower and the breakfast food was cold, juice machine broken.
