Nice hotel with great staff

We cbose this hotel mainly because of its proximity to family in Bellevue and the reviews. It did not disappoint. The check-in was speedy and Anwar even comped our parking. The room was large and well-appointed. The bed was comfortable and the windows open! We didn't use the gym or pool. The breakfast was excellent. Plain yogurt (it's usually sweetened) with blueberries and walnuts, hardcooked eggs (perfectly done) - healthy choices, which is unusual. There are also less healthy choices. The coffee was good. I had only 2 complaints: the toaster was very slow and the only cups were paper. We'd definitely stay here again.

Pros: Free shuttle service
The rooms are very new and modern. The breakfast, social hour, and shuttle service are really convenient.

Great for business travel

This hotel is excellent and affordable for business travel. I stayed in a room with the kitchenette and it was so spacious I was extremely impressed! Staff was more than accommodating and I will absolutely stay there when I have to travel to Bellevue. Also, it is very accessible to the freeway and downtown via uber so it made things really easy to get around quickly.

Great spot for a family of four

Nice property, forget the restaurant

The location was convenient for us. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The free breakfast buffet was very good. I did think the parking was expensive and we had to drag our luggage up and down the steps in the parking garage. Our only issue was that we arrived in the evening and were hoping to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. It turned out to be just a few tables extended off the bar. We decided to try it, just for convenience sake, as it was 9pm and getting late for dinner. We waited 15 minutes for someone to take our order, or even give us a menu although they assured us at the front desk that the restaurant was open until 10pm and someone would be with us soon. We finally gave up and went to a restaurant downtown which was great, but got us back to the hotel very late at night.

noisy room

I had room 602 which is anice room but it faces the Interstate Highway. Even with double pned windows, the noise of trucks on the highway waked me up. I asked for a room away from the highway but I was told that none were availble. Note: rooms in from face other half of building or highway-no view.

Stayed in Bellevue because everything in Seattle was booked up. This hotel was a great value - super clean, a short Uber ride across the bridge, good staff. Would recommend.
