Conveniently located.

Pros: The hotel was very clean.
Location: Best place to visit nearby drivers is the Microsoft campus.
Loved it. They had good customer service and didn't charge me for parking.

Nice and comfy

Posted Aug 19, 2015
Pros: I did an expedia search
Cons: a hot tub or sauna would be nice
Location: Redmond mall was right next door, 24 hour fitness on the other side of the mall, starbucks in the mall & a drive through one on the other side of mall
This was a great hotel with a very comfortable room with all the amenities I would need for a home away from home. The kitchenette was great and I made my own toast in the morning (even though they provide breakfast, I like my own food). The fridge was large enough for all the food I brought and I had all the utensils I need to make my food. The bathroom was very clean and I loved that it had 2 shelves above the bathroom counter, which gave me more space to work with. Great room and felt very clean.

Nice Property with Failing Infrastructure

Posted Aug 9, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Upgrade the infrastructure i.e. elevators and air conditioners.
Location: N/A
Check in went well and the two staffers we interfaced with were very courteous and professional. The hotel was having difficulty with their credit card processing as there was an apparent Marriott system wide problem of some sort. The next stop was the antiquated elevator which took five minutes to clear the upper six floors and return to the ground floor. The average wait for the elevator throughout our stay was two and a half minutes. At one point when I needed to meet our Uber car out front, I had to walk quickly to another elevator down a long hallway. I still arrived at the lobby before my wife did. The room was very nice, clean and roomy but looks can be deceiving. The air conditioner, while set at 65 degrees, was not doing the job. Before leaving for our evening activities I turned it all the way down to as low as it would go. When we returned, the room was still not cool enough and it stayed way too warm throughout the night. Ugh! All in all, this is a good looking, centrally located property with a friendly staff but also with a failing infrastructure.

Very friendly and helpful staff

Posted Jun 26, 2015
Pros: The staff
Cons: The room had a musty smell possibly due to the air conditioning not being used much. The pillows were too large.
Location: Great bike trails and shopping nearby
We enjoyed our three night stay. The breakfast included was very good and we enjoyed three evenings with wine and various complimentary snacks. The cookies in the lobby were much appreciated after our bike ride. The best part was the friendly and helpful staff. They stored our bikes in a secure area and were very helpful and prompt putting them away and retrieving them everyday.

Good hotel with convenient location

Posted Mar 7, 2015
Pros: Convenience, staff, cleanliness, ample breakfast
Cons: Make sure the blackout curtains have no gaps. Provide better blankets in the room.
Location: Just there to visit family so I can't really comment. I did see it was in the city center with lots of restaurants and shops nearby.
Friendly, organized staff greeted me upon arrival. Room was on higher floor, which was great for quiet. Room was clean and laid out well. Blackout curtains had gaps that allowed light in. One of my pet peeves. Kitchen had ample dishes/glasses, etc. Bathroom was very clean with complete supplies of soap, shampoos etc. Bedding and pillows were good. Niece slept on couch sleeper bed. Said it worked well for her. Extra blanket was skimpy. I'm sure there is an ice machine on site but I couldn't locate it. Didn't eat breakfast but it looked to be good. I would absolutely stay here again.

Pleasantly surprised at how nice this hotel was.

Posted Jan 29, 2015
Location: Redmond Mall, a beautiful mall 5 min walk. Marymoore park, 10 min drive. Lots of shops on the streets in and around the hotel.
After a string of 'not so good' hotels we have stayed at recently, this one was a pleasant surprise. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and help us with a lost item. Our room was a good size with a great kitchen area (made me wish I was staying longer than 1 night). There was clean linen all ready in the closet for the pull out bed for our kids. The whole room and bathroom was nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with lots of wonderful choices. It was a 5 min walk to a beautiful mall for shopping and a 10 min drive to Marymoore Park, a great place to go for a walk or run, with a small play park for kids. It had everything you could ask for from a moderately priced hotel. I would stay here again.

Stayed here for an inexpensive celebration for New Years Eve. We enjoy the Residence Inn room layouts, and their breakfast options were excellent. We ate dinner at the nearby Claim Jumper restaurant and enjoyed the Redmond Town Center shops.
