Pros: The hotel was very clean.
Location: Best place to visit nearby drivers is the Microsoft campus.
Loved it. They had good customer service and didn't charge me for parking.

the heating system was terrible. it was very cold that night and the heating was broken. We got a suite with 2 bedrooms - during the night, one of the room was extremely cold, while the second room was extremely hot. none of us could sleep that night. i heard other people complaining about the same issue. The front desk person was putting the blame on his management and offered extra blankets. other than that, the hotel was clean, nice breakfast, and good location

Pull out bed had bed bug carcasses and old food. They gave another person our room key. Was sleeping and heard kids in our leaving room. Got out to see that they had gotten in because they were mistakenly given the wrong room key.

My 11 year old son and I came to town for a soccer event in Sammamish. Redmond has pretty easy access to most eastern king county cities- the suburbs of Seattle. The Seattle metro area traffic sucks, so it's a nice place to stay. Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Woodinville, and Sammamish are all, even in crummy traffic, 15-30 minutes away from the hotel. It's also less than 5 minutes to microsoft, and that commute is very rarely bad.

The Marriott next door was much nicer and more professional than this one. I felt like I was in a motel.
