Romantic getaway with great views

Posted Jul 21, 2016
Just went back to Salish after 16 years. The food was delicious and consistent as well as the happy hour drinks. Can't beat the views for the falls. The rooms are getting worn and dated. They hadn't changed since we were originally there. Spa was terrific but wish they would update the interior of hotel.

5-star++++

Posted Jul 19, 2016
Pros: Everything.
Cons: Bedding. Comforter too thin and kept slipping off bed. Felt like we were sleeping with a sheet only.
Location: Great area, nice town. The Snoqalamie Falls, of course. For Twin Peaks fans, lots of sightseeing.
Gorgeous hotel and setting. One of the nicest we've ever stayed in, reminded us of the Princeville in Kauai. Entire property is beautiful and well maintained. Room blew us away...fireplace, super comfy beds, soft music playing, plush robes, 2-person jacuzzi tub, nice patio and view, tastefully decorated, etc. Staff was gracious and professional and friendly. And then there is waterfall adjacent to the property..awesome! Great hike and great view. Would love to stay here again and highly recommend the Salish Lodge!,

Hello Elizabeth, Your compliments have us beaming – thank you! Our room are a source of pride for us; from the fireplaces to the over-sized jetted tubs, to the plush robes, each was designed with the pinnacle of comfort and luxury in mind. We’re sorry the comforter was not adequate; we are looking into this right away. Our staff makes it their aim to make each guest feel welcome and we can’t wait to share your compliments with them. Though we’re slightly biased, we think being so close to Snoqualmie Falls is the best part of our location. It has been our great pleasure to welcome you and we hope to do so again in the future.

Ultra pampering retreat

Posted Jul 16, 2016
Pros: The room, the amenities and great staff over all.
Cons: Totally dumbfounded to see powdered creamer on the coffee station! Great coffee, easy fast machine..but powdered creamer? Bleech! Not cool.
Location: Easy to drive to several close towns with shopping, dining and a theater.
I spent 4 nights here as a break from a horrendous year. Very nice room, great bed and pillows. Very quiet. A false fire alarm the first night was shocking. I felt like I was valued by all staff I connected with.

Hello BoW, We’re delighted that you choose to rejuvenate at our secluded retreat. The sights and sounds of Snoqualmie Falls are truly restorative (yes, we are biased); though not so far out of the way that our guests are cut off from entertainment, as you mention. We’re happy that our comfortable rooms and bedding made your stay even more pleasant. Disrupted sleep can be frustrating and we apologize for the fire alarm on your first night’s stay. Our team makes it a priority to ensure each of our guests knows they are valued, and we’re glad that you felt this. We will take your insight about powdered creamer under immediate consideration, thank you. We wish you a better year and hope we will see you again soon.

Hotel perfection by the fabulous falls.

Pros: Beautiful, luxurious, outstanding service, extraordinary location, beauty all around, great restaurants, nice people.
Cons: Nothing, hotel is exceptional by any standard.
Location: Snoqualmi Falls and Pass, nothing more need be said if you know the place; cute town nearby too.
The Salish Lodge is one of the great hotels of America and we loved our stay there.

You are on top of a waterfall!

Posted Jul 13, 2016
Our room had a small patio with a river view. Fall asleep to the sound of the falls. In room fireplace and jetted tub were greatly appreciated after a long day of hiking.

Hello Kimberly, There are few experiences in life as relaxing as falling asleep (or waking up) to the calming sounds of the majestic Snoqualmie Falls; we’re delighted that you enjoyed this from your patio. Our rooms are designed with our guests’ greatest comfort in mind. We completely agree that the over-sized jetted tubs and fireplace in each are ideal for unwinding. Your praises have made our day and we’d love to see you again!

Very Nice

Posted Jun 30, 2016
Pros: Very clean and cozy.
Cons: Regulating the heat of the water in the shower/tub was a bit of a problem. Beds were too soft but wouldn't be an issue if you don't have back problems
Location: The location of this hotel was ideal with quick access to the highway. A quick walking trip to the riverside. Beautiful view of the falls.
This was a very nice hotel. Free valet parking so that took the pain of trying to park out of the equation. Staff was more than helpful from check-in to check-out. The room itself was very clean, and I am a stickler for cleanliness. There is a fireplace and jetted tub in every room. Unfortunately, one of our jets was broken and came apart in the tub. The bed was extremely soft so if you have back problems, not the best choice. The water was difficult to regulate and was hot, but I think this is due to the age of the hotel. The view was great and everybody was friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

With the Snoqualmie Falls beside us and Seattle a short drive away, it’s easy to understand why our location is one of our favorite qualities. We love knowing that you agree. Thank you for appreciating our valet parking, in-room fireplaces and oversized jetted tubs. We’re sorry to hear that the mattress was softer than you prefer. We’d also like to extend our sincere apology for any inconveniences you experienced due to issues with water temperature and one of the jets in the tub. Your understanding is greatly appreciated; we’ll be looking into these concerns right away. We look forward to your next visit; our stunning views and dedicated team members will be waiting to welcoming you back.

air conditioning broken, bed not great

Posted May 19, 2016
Our air conditioning was broken and so our night was miserable. Our bed was just so so too. They were very nice to give us back half of our expense though. We appreciated that.
