good location

Posted Sep 23, 2015
Pros: location
Cons: needs updated and improved insulation.
Location: easy access to NW part of campus and sports fields. across street from University Village.
nice location. close to northwest dorms and shopping. stayed 2 nights. First night was awful. room felt dirty. was extremely noisy. thin walls and ceiling so you hear other guests. Thin windows so you hear traffic. gap under hall door so you hear everyone in the hallway and my room was located across from the ice machine so you heard ice dropping all night. asked for new room for the 2nd night. was MUCH better, but room still a little dirty (sticky night stand). Probably won't be staying here again.

Mediocre at best but great location

Posted Sep 21, 2015
Location: Husky stadium, UW campus, University Village
Without asking, we were assigned a room in a separate building with street parking, quite a few steps for my disabled spouse to navigate. This was in an apartment building, so lots of noise both inside the building and outside from neighborhood residents.

Good hotel for University business

Posted Sep 11, 2015
I liked this hotel because it is very close to Washington University. It has a small but nice room with breakfast included. It helped and fulfilled the purpose of my trip.

Wonderful staff!

Posted Sep 5, 2015
Pros: The location was convenient and the staff was wonderful.
Cons: The room was a little musty, but I didn't mention it as I opened the window to help and was not going to spend much time in the room.
Location: The location is close to the University and across the street from a large mall with wonderful stores and restaurants.
There was incorrect directions on the website, so I had difficulty locating the hotel. Shirley immediately set about to fix the problem and Sandra, for the next several days helped with directions, ferry schedules and future reservations when the guest computer was not working. They worked so hard to help my trip be a pleasant experience whenever I encountered difficulties. They're great!

Not worth the money.

Posted Sep 5, 2015
Pros: It was a clean room.
Cons: I did not feel very secure. I would not stay there alone.
The room was clean. The location was OK, but there was too much road noise. The outside key entry did not always work. The bathroom was tiny. I thought the price was too high for the value.

Perfect location for what we needed.

Sandy at the front desk was more than helpful. Breakfast adequate. The hall carpets were very dirty, back corner room quiet and large. Worked out for us.

Close to University!

Posted Aug 27, 2015
Pros: Location!
Cons: Rooms need updating!
Location: Near University and close enough to Seattle!
Staff was very nice. Hotel in out dated just needs some TLC. Bed very hard! Love the location, surrounded by the University. About 10 minutes from downtown Seattle which was great.

Nice hotel close to university of Washington.

Posted Aug 26, 2015
Hotel staff was very friendly and very professional. I've stayed at a lot of hotels and I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Walking distance to university of Washington medical center and university village. It was a great experience and I'll definitely stay there again when I go back to Seattle.

The hotel is ok for a one night stay.

The room was small and freezing, the bed was like a rock with only 2 small pillows and no extras or extra blankets. There was food left in the fridge from previous tenants.
