It was wonderful staying at the Sheraton. One BIG ISSUE I have is with ADA accessibility. The door area on the north near the restaurant does not have an electronic door opening. Once in side there is a very little elevator that was always locked. There is a phone there to call someone, but what a waste of time. The Sheraton can do better than this - especially after you remodeled the restaurant. Really, you can do better than this.

Sheraton grand is just all right for the high cost. It cuts a few corners. Like double beds instead of queen beds, and very scratchy bath towels. $15 per day for in-room wifi is outrageous when every other hotel has it included. Gym is nice and large. Pool is okay. Wish they had sauna or hot tub for adults. We also appreciated the in room microwave but the fridge was small. Garage Parking for 4 days cost me $140. That’s insane.

This is a clean beautiful hotel in downtown Seattle. The staff is friendly and accommodating! We had great service by Hiva in the lounge after a long day of travel. There are many homeless in the area around the hotel, but they are harmless. This hotel is a quick walk to the waterfront as well as Pike Place Market.

The night security manager and I shared an interest in collecting classical music, him on records and l.p. and me on CD. We ended up discussing which recordings and performers were of note. Some very obscure! He offered me two bottles of free water and more importantly, discussion on a shared hobby, which I appreciate. Please tell him I appreciated our chat and this is reason enough to return to the Grand Sheraton. The stay was more than adequate, from top to bottom. Wished I had more time to explore the eating choices within the hotel.

I recently had a fantastic one-night stay at the Sheraton Grand Seattle. The staff were incredibly friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the on-site dining options. Despite my short stay, the hotel's amenities and common areas made it clear that it's great for both business and leisure gatherings. Overall, I highly recommend the Sheraton Grand Seattle for its excellent service and inviting atmosphere

It was right off the freeway so no issues finding the property. All of the staff was very friendly and very helpful! Walking distance to everything we were wanting to do!

The beds have these awful mattress protectors that kept wrinkling up which made sleeping very sweaty & at times uncomfortable. There was no ice available on our floor so directed to go above or below to the 10th or 12th floors - no ice available there either. Breakfast - be careful of hidden 4% surcharge - sharp practice.
