Resort fee? For a converted motel? Also, the confusion that pops up with having a sister Pineapple property a block away is one thing, but when a family member is treated rudely by staff in the lobby when there asking to check in is another. It turns out my son was at the wrong hotel. The staff looked up his name, and said he didn’t have a reservation. My son called me, told me he was in the lobby, asked where I was—also the lobby, but at the property we booked. Staff at the real place suggested my son may be at the wrong property. Would have been nice for the other property to suggest this, since it must happen A LOT. Lame customer service.
