Travelodge Seattle

Posted Jan 12, 2017
Pros: Location if you want to be close to Seattle
Cons: Customer service and amenities
Location: Aurora Ave is a busy Ave in Seattle you can find almost everything ie Grocery, restaurants
I choose this hotel just for the location for my work ,if you know the area or have a good GPS with traffic info you can avoid the heavy traffic in the area on rush hours I gave 2 for facillities and condition cause the hot water takes long time to warm up and was 26F outside in my staying, the TV is very old ,the tube ones and 2 also for stuff, the both times I had to interact with then they make sure that they doing a favor for you,I did not fell like a customer at all

Pros: Location, interaction with staff
Cons: Did not like the "old fashioned" bed spread
It was ok, but it needs alot of updating. I feel the price should be a little lower. Last week I also stayed at two different chain hotels. One was the same price and the other a little lower. Both of them were in excellent shape

Relaxing place to stay out of the rain.

Pros: Centrally located in the North end of Seattle.
Cons: The lady clerk smokes outside the door of the office and complained about the visitors standing in the way...
Location: Go to Golden Gardens Beach, shopping at North Gate Mall...
Near Chinese and Central American Cafes, also a giant Asian super market and Pot Shop...

Don't let the location fool you. This isn't a luxury hotel but it is very clean, friendly staff and super convenient. I would stay here again and recommend it to others. Very, very surprised :)

check in time

Posted Sep 28, 2016
The check in time was 3:00 pm. I arrived too early and left. I have been charged for a room I never stepped foot in.

Overpriced, adequate.

I would expect this level of quality to be a $79 to $99 range Hotel. However during Seattle busy season it was double that.

Never Again!

Posted Jul 7, 2016
Pros: The staff was the only thing to like about this hotel.
Cons: Everything could be improved besides the staff.
Location: The location was covered in graffiti.
The facility is run down and in dire need of even the most basic facility maintenance. The room had a mattress that was so broken down that it was almost impossible to sleep on. Additionally the room had a jetted tub but, the obvious lack of cleanliness (visible mildew in the jets and around the drain) prevented its use. The neighborhood is covered in graffiti and less than savory people. The staff was the only highlight. Kudos to the gentleman working the front counter. You assisted us with finding a restaurant in a nice neighborhood. I appreciate your hard work and dedication while maintaining a positive attitude.

It is just what you'd expect from a hotel in this price range. It was also easy to find off the highway, and the area is fairly walkable.
