This hotel is fantastic! The employees were so helpful and attentive. The valet was quick and painless. The bed was extremely comfortable. We called down for a cork screw. They were up within minutes (we were on the 23rd floor!) to open our bottle for us and left us a corkscrew in case we had another bottle later. Zero complaints. Wonderful stay!

Loved the overall experience! They gave me complimentary cake and champagne for a birthday but ended up charging me for the champagne which was unreasonable but other than that everything was great! wish I knew about the charge beforehand. The room had amazing views.

Cons: Charging for wifi!
The staff were very friendly and happy to answer questions. The room was large, clean and extremely comfortable. Hated that they charged for wifi but just connected my iPad to my phone so I didn't have to pay. Location was fantastic...easy walk to Pike Market, Space Needle and Chihuly Garden and Glass. Would definitely stay there again!

They charged me $360 usd for receiving some packages. After I talked with the manager they reduced the charges in half to $180 which I still think is a big abuse. The service in the restaurant was terrible.

Over 2 hrs wait to checkin & sheets are not clean

Pros: Long Checkin time. Dirty sheets and towel
Cons: Better service
Location: Location is fine.
I got there right on check in hour. The counter told me they are out of rooms and will call me in 1 hour when my room is available. I went out the town and explore and finally time for dinner and ate dinner, still no call from the hotel regarding my room. I called the hotel, they said ok, we can get your room ready. When I got there, they put in right at the exit of the elevator where the most traffic and loudness goes on. I have a baby toddler with me. I prefer the end of the hall where is is quiet since we have to sleep early. The hotel told me they have no other rooms available. No only did I had to wait for the room, the view was not what I booked, I paid for ocean view and I got a solid building at the window and the sheets on the best and towels are dirty. It was not clean at all. I stayed for 6 nights. Not happy with it at all.

Cons: making the drinking water complimentary
The bed and bedding was outstanding as well as the cleanliness. The service was prompt and friendly and the overall comfort of the stay was wonderful. However, putting prices on using the drinking water was rather tacky.
