Wonderful hotel and staff

The staff are friendly and accommodating at check-in. There was warm cookies, nice touch. Hotel is very clean,convenient, and great place to leave your car.

Pros: The staff more than anything, the room, the workout room and the breakfast. The fruit was sweet.
I was very impressed with the attention and customer service skills shown by the night shift. Their body language, eye contact, and selection of words. Impressive.

Ring missing

My husband and I were in town for our nephews funeral. Saturday I got ready and left the hotel around 5pm as we left the room I said dang I forgot my ring on but we were running late for the Buddha ceremony so I didn’t have time to go back. We got back to our room around midnight and I went straight to bed then woke up got ready for the funeral packed our stuff then checked out. I was in such a haze and emotional I didnt even realize I didn’t but have my ring until after the funeral and when I called the staff couldn’t even tell me if the maids had turned it in until the next day. After talking with multiple staff and the manager my ring wasn’t turned in. We searched every single thing we brought and I remember leaving it on the bathroom counter. Its a shame I was so forgetful with a very emotional weekend and forgot to pick up my wedding ring and now I’ll never see it again.

Cons: Bed was a little hard
The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. I would recommend this to a friend in future.

Excellent coffee, exceptional bed, very clean and friendly service! Quiet and nicely located. I will definitely return if I am in the area. I was unable to enjoy breakfast as I overslept!
