Parking?

The hotel itself was very nice. The hotel parking is not free. You are charged $24 a day or you can pay the expensive hourly rate.

Some people still like to take a bath!

Pros: Good pick up from SEATAC Airport, 3 deliveries an hour.
Cons: I might have to phone hotels in the future about having a bathtub or not.
Location: The family restaurant "Denny'" is under a 5 minute walk. The elevated train to downtown and U of W is also nearby.
Apparently, none of the rooms there have bathtubs. But firm mattresses.

Our stay at the plaza

This was one of the best stays we have ever had in a hotel Everyone was helpful Had use of the internet at no charge that was fast Room was clean and nicely furnished The morning breakfast had a huge selection. Service to airport was frequent and on time Would definitely stay here again

Close to public transportation.

We enjoyed everything about this hotel and will stay again because of proximity to the train station. The only issue was with the breakfast Buffett. It was expensive and absolutely horrible. should have continued to eat at Denny's down the street.

Modern updated hotel, close to the airport

Pros: Location was very close to SeaTac Airport. Room service and restaurant in the hotel were reasonably good food.
Cons: They did charge for parking, which was expensive and unexpected. They didn't have Comedy Channel on the tv.
Location: Next to the airport, which was very convenient for me as I had to pick up a colleague the next morning at 7:00 a.m. Hotel about 25 min from downtown.
Everything about this hotel was new, clean, modern, and updated. Room was comfortable and quiet. The front desk staff was cheerful and helpful upon check in. Even though my room was right next to the elevators, it was quiet and I slept well. Upon check out, I did have to wait 5-10 minutes for a receipt, as the restaurant hadn't put my breakfast bill on my account yet. In his defense, though, he was the only person in the restaurant, serving many tables and taking room service orders. Otherwise, I'd have to say my stay was pretty close to perfect.

Good hotel close to airport

Pros: Location
Cons: Parking was paid, though I was allowed to go when my parking ticket shown as cancelled for some reason
Hotel room was good, Beds were comfortable. It could have been nice if there was a hair drier.

Great Staff and Facilities

Pros: Great personal service from all the staff, the entire place was clean and attractive.Everyone made me feel welcome and appreciated.
Location: I stayed at the Seatac Crowne Plaza and there are so many things to do in Seattle that you would not be able to possibly list enough of them.
This was my first stay at the Crowne Plaza but more than likely it will not be my last.The Staff and Facilities were great. Everything was clean and I felt very comfortable in my room. I purchased the buffet breakfast and I was very well served with all staff asking if there was anything I desired as they walked by. All in all a great experience, the room was luxurious and I had a great stay.

room odor

Pros: Great location and very nice restaurants and lobby.
The room had a strong odor from the disinfectant that was used. It took hours with the fan on full to clear out the smell.
