Hotel is a convenient location to restaurants, stores, and airport. I didn't like that the room flooring was not carpeted.

Good Location, terrible condition, smelly nasty

Cons: Everything
Could not find an affordable Hotel during the time we were in Renton. Opted to stay at this place. I do not understand how a place in this terrible of condition can stay in business. The price wasn't even that great.

Spend the extra money and go anywhere else

First of all this is not a hotel, it is an old, run down motel. Arrived at our room to be greeted by a stench that never went away and we couldn't identify. The bathroom fan which is on the same switch as the light was so loud we chose to use the room in the dark until it was repaired (video won't upload) . There were stains on the comforter that had clearly just not been washed. The kitchenette was not stocked with dishes, you receive them in a plastic bin upon request. We were not familiar with the area and were only trying to find a place close to family. There are at least 4 other hotels within 5 minutes of this place. Book your trip early so you don't end up booking here out of desperation.

The worst terms and conditions. They charge way too much for the standard. No one came to clean the room for entire 1 week we stayed there.

I would not stay here again

Hard mattress, only weekly housekeeping, not very clean, found previous customers candy wrapper in sheets of a supposedly fresh cleaned room. Not for short stay... lots of long term customers. Breakfast was coffee and wrapped granola bars. Would not stay here again.

Overpriced for what you get

Older appliances. Room is only cleaned every few days. The staff seemed lazy and bothered when you asked for something. For the price, you can find a better hotel.

Pros: The staff.
Cons: Add thicker mattress pad.
The staff was very friendly. The room was not very clean. Hair left from the previous guest in the shower. Beds are very hard.

Everything was great but they put me in a smoking room when i requested a non smoking room.
