Dirty old hotel. Dump.

As stated above the room is old and dirty. The hotel staff preferred to flirt with someone rather than assist me. I won't be back

Good location but poor restaurant service

Air conditioner defective it makes loud noise when changing temperatures kept us awake Restaurant service very poor long wait times despite few customers, it seemed one waiter was hiding from customers, he would run behind wall!!

Best thing about it was the proximity to the airport. The halls and room needed an update badly. It was worn and dirty. Hallway to rooms had dinners and room service trays lining the hall from 9pm till we least at 5am.

Airport hotel

Got in late and hungry but no food service after 11:00 pm. Had an early fight the next day and the airport food had a better price.

Lack of room for roll away bed & shower chair

Pros: Friendly staff and lemon/lime water available in the reception area.
Cons: See notes above. I recommend you advertise that the light rail station is just a few blocks from hotel.
Location: Excellent for accessing SeaTac airport and downtown Seattle.
With 2 room suit, I had expected there to be room enough for a single roll away bed. Upon arrival, I learned this was not the case and the hotel staff did explain this to me. I would have liked to have been offered another room where this was possible. The shower chair did not fit with the tub and was difficult for my husband to use.

Very comfortable and clean room. Definitely one of the better hotels that I've stayed at.

I was given a breakfast voucher for inconvenience of waking up to construction noise, thereafter moved to another room. I used the voucher for $16. dinner credit. The waiter was not friendly and appeared to be irritated. Poor customer service delivery in contast to front loony friendly employees. As a Los Angeles fire chief I understand good customer service delivery.
