Good lace to spend the night

Pros: Nice lobby, airport shuttle, pleasant staff.
Cons: Bed is bouncy. Firmer would be good.
Location: ???????
Made the reservation after we had landed on a long flight from overseas. Thought I was at the Red Lion across the street from airport, but was here, and it all worked out very well.

Pros: The bartender was awesome and very attentive.
Cons: Improve smell in rooms. They smell old and not clean
Location: It was nice to be close to stadium
We were disappointed that the room did not come with a microwave or frig.

Best weekend stay!

The 6th floor that we were on was so quite! Which we greatly appreciated as unlike other places we stayed at we can hear all kind of noises! We even got to checked in an hour early. The staff was excellent! The room is clean and comfortable. Perfect walking location to lots of eateries and close driving distance to a mall. We definitely will be back again!!!!

Great staff and customer service!

Pros: Great customer service and friendly staff, especially the very hospitable Catherine Aguero! Thank you! Wonderful breakfast buffet, too!
Cons: Needs a little bit of renovation for the walls.
Location: Great location! There was a nearby Buffet restaurant, Walmart, Vietnamese restaurant, and fast food joints Domino's and A&W.
I and my friend came in late in the evening to check-in because of our delayed flights. While the very pleasant looking and friendly front desk officer Catherine, attended to us, one of the hotel guests interrupted us. I and my friend just patiently waited for the other guest to finish her concern. The front desk officer, apologizing for the interruption, gave us a room upgrade with free breakfast! We enjoyed It!

Remodeling and it needs it.

Pros: Staff and floor was quiet
Cons: SHOWER HEAD!!!!!!!!
Location: Seattle is only 17 minutes away
Staff was extremely nice and helpful the best!!!!

Guest service training seminar

Pros: The staff was the best part of the experience.
Cons: Upgrade the presentation rooms and equipment.
Location: Located in downtown Renton WA. Other than local restaurants and casinos there is really not a lot of off property activities in the immediate area.
My company held guest service training seminars over 2 days at this location. The only person who stayed in a hotel room was our presenter so I have no personal evaluation of the hotel rooms but he mentioned that it was adequate but nothing special. The room where we held our seminars was in desperate need of an upgrade. The carpets were stained as were the chairs. The walls were nicked and scuffed up and overall it just looked run down. I must admit that the staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, on the second day of the presentations the AV person could not get the presenters video and music to play over the in-room speakers he could only get it to play through really bad speakers in the projector unit itself. I give him an A for effort and had they had better equipment I think this problem could have been avoided. We held seminars in this same hotel 4 years ago and the facility was in much better condition. Not sure why they went down hill so badly but we will look for other facilities for our next seminars.

No air conditioning!

Asked front desk numerous times to have someone turn on the air conditioner in our room. It was completely broken, not working, no power. Could not open a window. Front desk kept saying she sent someone to fix it. Finally gave up, found a maintainence man who said 'Tell the front desk'. Negotiated a slight reduction to our bill but certainly wasn't worth spending a night in 85* closed up room

Nice hotel close to mall and airport

A very nice hotel close to a large mall and 10 minutes from the airport. There are restaurants nearby also. Room was comfortable and clean, wifi worked just fine. Staff was very nice and friendly. Only problem was they misplaced a package we had ordered in advance for them to keep in storage. Since we only stayed for one night, they couldn't find it in time and instead offered to ship it to us with no charge within the next few days. Overall a good experience.

Friendly hotel staff and great breakfast.

My family had a great experience travelling to Seattle all the way Calgary, Canada. It's our first time in the city. Good thing we booked and stayed at Red Lion Hotel. The staff were super nice and we received a great service from their front desk especilly from Ms. Catherine. The complimentary breakfast was good and we had a great experienced from their outdoor pool as well. We loved it for the price we pay.
