Loved it

Would greatly recommend. The room was wonderful and comfortable like a home/apartment with kitchen 2 baths 2 bedrooms and a living room. There's a trail behind the complex to walk by the river and a basketball court. Centrally located to the Starfield soccer fields and right by the mall. The breakfast was awesome and included also. My family loved it and would go back again.

Pleasant hotel close to airport

Stayed for 1 night prior to international flight. Nice hotel. Very helpful staff and good breakfast. They also allowed us a late checkout which we really appreciated.

Very good value for money

If you have a car this hotel is great, not far from Seatac and in an area that has plenty if choices for restaurants. Great breakfast included. There is a fully equiped kitchen also if thats your thing and a 711 is right on the same premises. The only downside was that my daughter said the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable.

Over charged

I paid through Expedia for room.But noticed a 123.50 charge on my online banking. The agent charged me a full room rate instead of $20 incidental like he quoted. When I called to complain about the charge they said I booked the room for 2 days per what they see in there system. I only stayed 9 hours and the tub was clogged. A manger was suppose to call and never did. Expedia believed them and did nothing. Now they are saying I checked out late and was charged a extra day.

Nice and friendly

Quiet despite the busy location. Staff very accommodating. Only complaint is the mattress was extremely hard. Went out and bought Motrin for the pain I thought I would be in after sleeping on it.

Pleasant Stay

Convenient location to our conference hotel. Chose this hotel because of separate bedrooms. I really like the layout of the loft bedroom rooms.

the worst I have ever been treated.

We arrived late at night, front desk was polite during check in. when my friend and my boyfriend were getting things out of the car hotel staff was extremely rude to my friend. Also while they were out side, three young men who were HIDDING IN THE BUSHES were harassing them. The next morning we were graced with Tukwila police department banging on our door. After they threatened to shoot my dog if I didn't lock him in a bathroom, who is a registered service dog, they more then invaded our space for "fraud investigation" because our names were similar to ones who have committed fraud. I paid for the room with my debit card, in my name, with my bank account. I offered to show them proof, they treated us like we were guilty only to find out that in fact we were not. Even after they found out that no fraud had been committed we were told we have 30 minutes to vacate the property. when I asked the hotel manager, who was standing with the police officers in my hotel room, if they would refund my money for the remainder of my stay and she told me to take it up with hotels.com.

The staff made our stay special

We only stayed one night and checked out on my daughter's 25th birthday. Our flight home left later that evening, but we had to turn in the car rental that morning. Beth and Polly thought outside the box and helped make my daughter's birthday special. I am so thankful for them. They are both assets to Marriott. Rare gems. The two bedroom suite we stayed in was more charming than I have come to expect. Next time I am in Seattle...I will stay there.
