“The host was extremely attentive to any questions or needs. Excellent and immediate communication. Good, quiet location between Islip airport and Port Jefferson. The size of the unit was very adequate for two people. Bathroom was clean and adequately stocked with towels and wash cloths.The reason for 2 stars is we thought the apartment was not very clean from floor to ceiling. This apartment has huge potential to be very cute. In my option, it needs an entire over haul.”

“We arrived at the property on time. We found the neighborhood to be very unsafe for an out of town family. There were broken down cars parked along the side of the street in front of the house and there was an unsavory character wandering around which made us very uncomfortable. We did go inside the house and found it to be very clean although the smell from the odorizers was overwhelming. After a long trip we were faced with the difficulty of finding another place to stay on very short notice……

“Spacious and as described in listing. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful and well-equipped yard. High-traffic areas inside were clean. Generally quiet, although weekend techno music coming from upstairs would have been problematic if I were planning to spend much time in the unit. I didn’t receive the address or check-in information until I sent a note to the owners, but they responded in time for my arrival. “The property was very quiet and ideally located as advertise. Be advised that there are steep stairs to carry your suitcases. The placement of air conditioners could be improved. And the cleanliness of the pillows, and comfort of the mattresses could be greatly improved. It was a nice surprise to have an Nespresso machine and capsules. And it worked out just fine for our one night stay during a family wedding at the Sayville resort.”
