The first floor features two bedrooms, each with two single beds, making it ideal for families or friends traveling together. On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped open kitchen with a 4-ring electric stove, oven, fridge, toaster, electric kettle, and filter coffee machine. The living/dining room includes a flatscreen satellite TV, seating area, and dining table, while the bathroom offers a shower, washbasin, and toilet. Central heating ensures year-round comfort. Step outside to enjoy a private 250 m² garden (partially fenced) with a balcony, 18 m² terrace, deckchairs, charcoal barbecue, garden furniture, party games, and sunscreen—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Parking is available on-site. With restaurants, cafés, and public transport just 500 m away, and cross-country skiing trails only 300 m from the door, this home is a great base for exploring Saxon Switzerland in every season.
