Our room smelt like mildew and the carpet was squishy and wet near the bathroom. I’m sure the smell was typical for an older hotel but we couldn’t wait to get out of there. The pool had beautiful flowers everywhere but attracted a lot of bugs so it was hard to enjoy the pool. The breakfast was yummy and the staff were very nice!

The lobby and pool area were beautiful. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast delivered to your room was good. The rooms were clean and sufficient but a bit outdated. Overall we had a pleasant experience.

The exterior is lovely, as is the landscaping. Beds are very comfortable. The gentleman at the check-in desk was friendly, healpful and eager to be sure we could manage our luggage getting to the room. My husband is gluten sensitive so, given the menu options for the complimentary breakfast, we chose to go to a nearby restaurant.

The check in was fast and easy. Rooms were super clean. Staff were nice and helpful. Only thing negative thing I can say was the room keys are actual keys. They don’t come on a keychain and was worried I might lose it. Maybe suggest putting them on one of those keychain stretchy bracelet things. Other than that I was impressed and pleased.

Desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was very nice including the bar area and the pool. It was cold and rainy so didn’t get to get in but pool area was very nice and overlooked the lake. Bar was great and so were the bartenders.
