Beds to hard. 3 days nobody came to clean had to keep complaining beforw somebpdy did. Bugs. I asked for a refund so i could go elsewhere they told me i couldnt because i went thru a booking place. Would not recommend.

Their bsllroom was our children’s wedding venue and we stayed in their hotel room overnight. Room very clean, Jeff very friendly and accommodating. Great experience overall.

No Wi-Fi working in room direct tv not working properly in analog instead of digital as it should be missing stations leaky faucet in bathroom

Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and comfortable. However the breakfast area was messy I feel like it needed to be cleaned every so often not just at the end of breakfast time. Over I was statisfied.

bedbugs!

First room I had found bedbugs, was moved to a second room that had even more bedbugs! Needless to say I asked for a refund and found a bug free hotel.

1 rooms had bugs, 2nd room they went through the window with a screw driver to open the door due to the battery being dead, so the girl whose room it was suppose to be ended up not feeling safe and stayed with someone in another room. Wifi was terrible and could not get computer and printer to operate on same network.

Hurricane Irma and the results

Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: remolding not complete in older rooms
Location: Location was fine but the town was out of power due to the hurricane
I don't want to give a bad review due to the circumstances. The hurricane had just passed and most of the town of Sebring was out of power. The staff was exhausted but friendly. The room had a bad smell due to the wet carpet around the air conditioner. The shower wall had tiles missing and looked rough. I normally take a bath but did not want one in that tub. I may stay their again in the future because they kept on working even in terrible circumstances. I felt so sorry for them it was plain they were beyond exaused.

Closed when I arrived

Showed at designated time and doors padlocked.hotel was closed. Nothing on website. No phone call. Wasted travel time and expense.

Not the best, but was cheapest in area

Pros: Proximity to destination, price.
Cons: Rehab it.
YOu get what you pay for. Since we would only be here for a few hours it was okay, but would stay at the Hampton Inn about 15 minutes away from now on. This place is not very clean. It hasn't been updated since maybe 1970? Okay maybe not that bad, but you get the point.
