Pros: nothing
Cons: a lot
Location: terrible
they threw me in a smoking room and i'm asthmatic , they told me that's all they had and gave me a bottle of frebreeze ... also your site doesn't show mileage distance from destination and I was too far from where I needed to be lost confidence in Epedia totally

Nice hotel close to NYC time square

Great location/staff

Pros: Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating.
Cons: Cleanliness of the room, ensure the room is fully stocked with basic items (toilet paper, soap, etc), and consider providing a better breakfast.
Location: Wonderful location! So close to the downtown area with plenty of restaurants, shops, and the exposition center nearby!
Overall good experience. The room could've been cleaner and I was a bit disappointed that the room itself looked pretty old. I liked having the mini-kitchen, but there were no plates/soap...odd. The breakfast provided was very disappointing as well (I expected basics like toast, eggs, etc). The staff and location of the hotel were fantastic.

Breakfast? Granola bars and wrapped mini muffins

The room had a musty smell, I had to go buy room spray to help. The beds were so uncomfortable, and it wasn't until we left that I looked under the bed to be sure nothing was left behind....they were broken!!! All the supports and wood were broken or missing. There was no coffee pot in the room nor toaster or pots and pans. When I called the front desk I was told if i wanted it I would have to go get it myself, so much for hospitality. There was gum stuck to the rug, the bathroom was dusty and had spider webs and mold in the shower. I will never stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone. Their rating should be 0 stars, and expedia should remove them from their site because it's also making them look bad.

Close to public transportation

Easy access to public transportation. The bus 129 has a stop right in front of the hotel, and it only takes about 40 minutes in the morning rush hours to the Bus Terminal in downtown New York.

Convenient place

I book for one night , extended it for 2 days l . Received 5 phone calls because my stuff still at the room . The person in the morning took the wrong room number went I was charge Assistance manager spoke to me very rude , no consumer services then the manager took over the phone call letting me why I left my stuff at the room . It was a horrible experience. They need training extended training how to treat people . I am very disappointed how I was treated at this place . I normally stay at a hotel were I can have cleaning services everyday , I don't even get that here . I extended because it is convenient for me until I have my house finish and this was short notice too . Other than will think it 10 times to stay here again .

Staff was sleeping on the job

Could not check into hotel because staff was not present , called the phone number endless of times and no answer over and over , lasted about 1 hour in the lobby and no one came to help me check in

We checked in late night. To arrive to a room that was 78 degrees. The AC was completely broken. We did go to front desk where they were able to move us to a new room.

The place is not very nice, not worth it to save any money. Id spend the extra money to stay in a better hotel. The people there were nice but the area is loud and the hotel was very loud too, it was hard to sleep.
