Great place, unfortunately we only stayed 1 night but we were very pleased with our stay. Room was clean and didn’t smell bad like most rooms do. I felt safe, and very close to restaurants and other activities. Definitely a place I will return to if I ever go back to Sedona.

We decided to stay in Sedona last minute, and booked this location based on its price and proximity to hiking that we wanted to do next day. When we arrived, several guests were sitting in outdoor tables/chairs-quietly enjoying the weather. We received all information regarding check in process via text message and were able to get it easily and quickly. Room was very clean/tidy, bed was cozy, and a bag with waters/granola bars was waiting on the table for us. We grabbed some delicious pizza across the street and went to bed early. The room was quiet, and comfortable. We left early (7am) and the majority of the guests were doing the same. It seemed like the whole parking lot was clearing out, everyone in hiking boots with big smiles on their faces. I would definitely stay here again.

There was no staff at the inn except the house keeper. No keys to the room an 8 digit code had to b used . The room smelled and the bed was 30 years old

Room was small and felt old but a good value for Sedona. Great shower! Great Thai restaurant around the corner and close to the Sedona Hiker shuttle.

Nothing had been cleaned when we arrived. The towel rod was hanging off the wall leaving screws out, and the shower/toilet area had hair everywhere. I would really listen to the not great reviews on cleanliness and stay anywhere else.

Worst experience here. The management is absolutely horrible and non existent. no one on site, no help when you call. they hang up on you. noisey rooms. bugs in rooms. sewer smell. broken furniture. burnt out light bulbs. left early. hotel manager was absolutely rude and extremely unprofessional. would never come back just due to the manager. unsafe room. unsanitary. and disgusting.

There was construction by the Inn that was very loud when we arrived at 3 but they shut it down shortly after. Very very quiet this evening

Housekeeping was rude and also customer service caller was rude over the phone until we said we were a resident and completely changed attitude. Residents are only allowed to check in at 3pm which was an inconvenience. No breakfast. WiFi was poor. Would not recommend stay.

Apparently there was a mix up and the property didn’t receive the booking from Expedia. I called the hotel the day before our reservation to confirm everything and I was told that everything was fine and that I’d receive a text the day of with the room code. I never received the text so I called the hotel and they told me they didn’t receive the reservation from Expedia. They couldn’t accommodate us for our three night stay. They weren’t willing to 1) take accountability or 2) do anything to fix the issue. I was told to just call Expedia to have them schedule another hotel.

The location is wonderful. However, this is a remotely operated inn. That means that we never saw any staff, nor was there a reception. As a result, you have no way to communicate with anyone if you need something, except for the cleaning ladies. If you call or text the staff you may or may not get an answer. And because there is no reception, they will not let you store your luggage anywhere if you arrive early or if you have to wait after checkout.

Very central location. Excellent price. I have stayed here a handful of times. Last time I was in room 5 and the bed was very comfortable. This time, the bed in room 6 was not as comfy unfortunately.
