The room we had the first two nights was noisy and not very nice (could hear the people next door like they were in our room). I asked to change rooms and they gladly did this for our last two nights - the room and view were spectacular! We appreciated this. Although our room was not cleaned the first night in the new room. They tried to charge $35 a night for parking but when I questioned this - they waived it. That was appreciated. Staff was nice but just not enough of them. Austin the front desk manager was great!

Our room was fine and the only thing I would do differently is get a room with a balcony or someplace to sit outside other than going to the lobby patio. A couple of the front desk people were less than accommodating.

The staff could have been more service oriented. We had a broken coffee pot in room and couldn’t replace… staff didn’t tel us about any amenities.

This hotel is just awkward. It’s an old hotel that has been remodeled, however the layout and the rooms are not great. The room doors face out to an open walkway - like a motel - and the only window to the room is right next to the door. If you want to let natural light into the room, everyone walking by can see straight into your room to the bed and the bathroom vanity. There is a solar shade but that is completely see through. The other option is a blackout shade. The room is remodeled to look cool and modern, there is zero task lighting. No way to read a book. It just made everything feel very cave like and not at all worth the price of the room. Mattress, linens and pillows were good. Staff was nice. No real restaurant service. Would not stay here again considering the price.

The hotel overall is pretty great. The rooms were very clean and maintained daily. The bathroom is a little small but not crazy small. For this price range I like a little more space. They charge $35/day for parking. I wish that was not neccessary. The staff were very attentive and nice to talk to. It's in Sedona so it's beautiful everywhere.
