nice place with major key problems

I had to have my key card redone three times. No it was not a magnet problem. Up and down the steps. The people were good and told me that they were getting a new key system, but that did not help me this visit. My complaint the third time they were not as nice, but I was in the best of moods either. Dan

I am so sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your keys not working. Sometimes the cold weather makes it difficult for the door to line up so the keys can work. Nice Red Rock View and shopping location

Pros: location and view.
Cons: none
It was very nice room where can see the Red Rock Mountain view from balcony. Whole foods and other restaurant were also very close to the hotel.

ロケーションは最高だが、モーテルのようなホテル。

特段不自由はしないもののそれ以上のなにかは期待できないホテル。ロケーションだけは最高だが、部屋の中がバルコニーから丸見えの為、ブラインドは下ろしておかなくてはならず不便だった。

room assignment

Pros: the rooms were clean and comfortable but with the room situated were it was our stay was ruined
Cons: Use common sense when assigning rooms.Tell the employees who are to serving the breakfast to get off their phones and clean spills & refill ice water
Even though we explained I required a mobility scooter an my husband was visibly limping the employee assigning rooms gave us room 117. In order to get to this room you either needed to go down 2 sets of steep stairs carrying your bags or park on the road which is also on a steep hill and offload your bags and suit cases on the side walk, then walk down the steep hill and carry the bag to the room which was at the end of the row of rooms, then trek back up to the road and drive your car up to the parking area near the office. This was not only very difficult , it could have been dangerous as my footing is precarious on hills and at night the sidewalk is poorly lit and in places uneven. The thing that was the most disappointing is that there were many empty room up by the hotels parking area. at the time we checked in the hotel was almost empty

I am sorry to hear about your experience with the room assignment. It is upsetting and if we had an accessible room available we absolutely would have given it to you. The room type booked was not an accessible room which made it difficult to anticipate your needs. We were also sold out during your stay is why we could not move rooms for you. I am truly sorry for your troubles. We want every guest to be comfortable during their stay with us and if there was anything we could have done to accommodate your needs, we would have done so without hesitation. Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Pros: Der Flair, wenn man nachts auf den Terassen am Feuer sitzt und den Sternenhimmel beobachtet.
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr genossen. Die Zimmer sind gemütlich, sauber & gut eingerichtet, und das Personal ist freundlich & kompetent. Sehr hervorzuheben ist der traumhafte Ausblick und das Ambiente des Hotels, das ein wenig an südländische Bungalow-Siedlungen erinnert. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist weitaus üppiger als man es von amerikanischen Hotels kennt und direkt anngrenzend am Hotel gibt es ein schönes Restaurant mit gemütlicher Bar & Livemusik. Wir würden dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Great views and location

Great sunrise and sunset views. Close to everything. Hiking, shopping, food. I would highly recommend this hotel and will use it again when we come back.

great views

Quick overnight trip. Shuttle to town was convenient. Could use Some updating in the bathrooms. Linens were good.

Amazing views! Fire pits are lit every night

Pros: The view! Older motel, but updated furnishing. Staff is excellent. Rooms are very comfortable
Every room has a view. Lovely shared patios with tables, couches, fire pits lit every night & an AMAZING VIEW

ブライスキャニオンへのアクセスが便利

車で行くのが便利だと思います。 季節的に雪の心配がありましたが暖冬なのか朝 フロントガラスが凍結してたくらいでした。 場所は非常にわかりやすく迷うこともありません。 近くにレストランを併設した大きなギフトショップもあります。 ブライスキャニオン国立公園まで車で数分の距離です。 サンセット、サンライズを見に出るのにも便利でした。
