Our hostess was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and fit our needs. We liked that it was quiet and away from the busy, noisy main section of Sedona.

The hotel was clean and recently renovated. However, the walls are paper thin. You could hear every word your neighbors were saying and since we were downstairs, you could hear everything footstep from the room above you. It made for a tough night’s sleep.

Staff were excellent. Property had recently purchased and refurbished, and was one of the best upgraded hotels I’ve ever stayed in. New paint, floors, bed, furniture, countertops, toilet and shower, appliances, room-darkening shades; amazing. I’d give it six stars out of five if I could.

Room was nice and clean with beautiful view of red rocks. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and nice. I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone!

Staff “couldn’t find” my reservation at first. Then they said it was cancelled because my “card declined” even though I have more than enough funds on my card. I was never notified that the reservation was cancelled. Staff was professional but i’m very upset at this situation.

No elevators. We requested bottom but do not get bottom floor. We had to drag our suitcases up the stairs while construction was going on. The floor was very squeaky when walking.

Newly renovated and beautifully designed rooms. Beds were very cozy, there was a retro fridge and good amount of darkness for sleep with windows that open. The price was a little steep though at $180/night on a Wednesday. I would stay again.

We happened to catch the motel while remodeling was taking place. That caused some difficulty with parking and noise. Otherwise it was a nice place perfectly located in Oak Creek. Breakfast was an assortment of sweet rolls.

They booked us in a room between two other rooms where they are doing construction. We heard lots of banging, saws running, and the front desk person wasn’t helpful at all. He just shrugged his shoulders and said there was nothing he could do. Totally unsatisfactory!

The staff was great, did the best they could. The company changed names and software the day before and wasn't compatible with rooms that were pre-paid. (From online websites like expedia) Making check in a nighmare. 2hrs later finally got a room. Room was quiet, beds comfy!

The gentleman at the front counter was friendly, check in was smooth, but the room had a smell and needed a deep cleaning. It’s definitely dated and needs to be updated.

Safe, quiet, easy to walk around and park your vehicle. No breakfast, which was not nice. I wanted to extend my stay and was denied, which was not nice. Otherwrise it was an Ok motel.

The Inn had hot water without waiting which was a plus. The tub had a ring around it. The room door had to be pushed hard to open and only opened half way. The carpet was stained and pieces of candy on floor. We would not stay again at this location.

Overpriced and uncomfortable
Friendly front desk service. No breakfast included. Worn toilet and tub. The beds and pillows were bad - we could all feel the springs of the mattresses. Typical "we are in Sedona so we'll charge whatever we want whether it is worth it or not" prices - 200 dollars a night is ridiculous for such an old motel room.

This is a property that is only partial open. Breakfast area is closed, limited front desk operation, and if you are staying more than one night you have to get fresh towels at the front desk. Very pleasant employees though, and pretty quiet.

Oak Creek Village stay, Sedona
The location was at the opposite end from where we hiked the most, so always a drive, thru a bunch of roundabouts. The view from our room was a great one of Bell Rock, and you could walk around the balcony for the sunset.. Unfortunately there were no laundry services on site, and the bathtub/shower was disgusting. We enjoyed the in-room Keurig, microwave and min fridge. We were very close drive to the day spa at The Hilton at Bell Rock, which we loved for the sauna, hot tub, steam room and pool. Also, we were just block away from absolute Bike Rentals, and Bell Rock pathway.
