We were very pleased with this property in terms of size of the room, bed, and location within Sedona. I do need to alert Hotels that we had a 'near miss' during check in. My wife and I booked the property on Aug 31 for a Sep 23-24 stay. Upon check-in on Fri 9/23, the manager on duty saw our names in the system, but no room had been assigned, so you can see our surprise after working all day, then a 2hr drive to Sedona. The manager did say that it was not uncommon for errors such as this when dealing with 3rd party bookings such as Hotels.com
After the initial shock, the manager on duty did work with the general manager via phone to resolve the situation. So in the end, we got the room we booked. I just wanted to alert Hotels.com to the initial check-in issue, and that way you all can work with the property so this doesn't happen to anyone else.
