Nice resort relaxing creekside picnic area

I would recommend The Junipine to all of my friends and family. Me and my wife spent a night and it was beautiful, the room was spacious and very comfortable. We will definitely be going back, hopefully for a few nights

Nice winter stay

Pros: The size of the rooms & quality of appliances & furnishings. Restaurant had a nice optional breakfast.
Location: Nice location on Oak Creek
We had two rooms but a winter storm just arrived & all the power was out. They had a fire set up in the fireplace ready to light so we went to bed by fireplace light & the power cam on at 1am. When we got up there was beautiful tress covered in snow & we could finally see the room. The appliances were new & furnishing of high quality. Kitchen was well equipped.

Location: The resort is nestled in the woods next to Oak Creek with just a beautiful setting.
Very comfortable room with gorgeous views and 2 fireplaces.

Great setting, good location, nice accommodations

Location: Endless things to do in nearby Sedona from nature lovers to shoppers to adventurers
Great place to land, will return. Clean and spacious. Surroundings are great for those of us who like being surrounded by woodlands. Nice, easy access trail on the property that connects to the National Forest

Outstanding place to stay!

Pros: Everything...
Cons: Bringing luggage up a steep flight of stairs.
Location: Close to restaurants and sights (by car)
This resort was a pleasant surprise, it was more than we expected! We loved the cozy environment, the fireplaces, the decor and everything else. Breakfast was included at the restaurant on site. My only issue would have to be the access to our room, we had several pieces of luggage because we were on a two week trip. The stairs were an issue bringing all the luggage up to the room. My suggestion would be to have one of your golf carts available to people who need help bringing luggage up to the rooms.

It was a little further out of Sedona than we expected. But, we loved the experience. It was perfect for us as we needed a two bedroom accommodation. The kitchen was nice but we didn't really use it. It would be lovely to stay there for a week as it is close to many things.

Hotel great overall, Restaurant questionable

Cons: association with the restaurant and its practices. I believe that hotel practice is different than that of the restaurant and will want to dissociate
Location: Sedona town 10-15 min drive
First hotel room was a little older, showed us second room which was great and had a view of the river. Great experience with helpful hotel staff. No issues with anyone working directly with hotel . Rated Hotel lower because of association with the Restaurant. Wanted to report very questionable experience with Junipine Table, the restaurant. May be separate ownership than hotel? Highly suspect discriminatory serving practices based on observation over 9 hours spent on 3 different occasions over 2 days. Was not looking for it and have never experienced it. But it was that obvious. Briefly the facts: observed 15 tables seated and served. 4 tables with minorities served by minority staff 8 tables with white patrons served by white male staff member 3 tables served by female staff of unknown ethnic origin- can throw out that data but beyond observed facts is the attention focused on patrons by staff. White male staff member would not even look at or say anything to any minority table but would routinely walk around and check on everyone non minority. again, too obvious. Hotel great. Recommend eating elsewhere if this evidence is enough for you.

On another note, I see that your experience with the restaurant was less than satisfactory, and to me that is completely unacceptable. If there is evidence of any discriminatory actions in the restaurant, it will not be tolerated. You have my sincerest apologies if this is what you witnessed. The general manager will be speaking to the restaurant manager immediately regarding this review. Wonderful, relaxing hotel

Cons: The on-site restaurant (Table at Junipine) could have better hours; didn't open for breakfast until 8am and no dinner service offered.
Friendly, helpful staff were always available for any issues that may arise. Our unit was clean, relaxing and easily accessible. Will definitely stay here again. Wonderful all around!
