Although the loft is roomy. The beds are lumpy and uncomfortable. Could not make the ceiling fan work in the bedroom. Never could connect to wifi. No chairs to sit on the patio. Bar stools were wobbly.

First impression was so good because the room was large and furniture looked cool. But there were so many short fallen hair all over the room! And a light bulb in the living room burned out. I felt very uncomfortable.

Not your typical hotel

Posted May 7, 2016
Pros: Very spacious with a full kitchen. Very near everything in Sedona.
Cons: The TV in the bedroom did not work because there was a problem with the cable connection.
Location: Location was great. Could walk to local supermarket and right next door to Starbucks. A 5 minute drive to downtown Sedona.
The condo was very nice, clean and spacious. Well stocked kitchen with microwave, stove, dishes, etc. Right next to Picazzos which had OUTSTANDING pizza. Ignore my hotel staff rating because there is really no staff there. However we did get timely email messages about the place from the owners.

Fred, Sorry we did not get to meet in person while you were in town. Thank You for taking such good care of the place. We would welcome you back as our guest anytime. For some reason the guests before you completely disconnected the T.V. and we missed that one. (doesn't normally happen) Thank You for your nice comments. Sincerely, Erik

It should not be listed as 1 BD condo!!

Posted Apr 21, 2016
Pros: Location
Cons: Please refer to my experience write up above. Too many improvements needed.
Location: Good location, many attractions nearby and things to do for whole family.
It was very disappointing to enter this place. It is listed as 1 BD condo, but there are no doors or a full wall between the living room area and bedroom. I think the place is built to be an office space and not a living space. The lock in the bathroom was broken. Beds are so bad that we could not sleep all night (three adults). The place is so dirty, dusty, disgusting. It looks like the place was never cleaned after the guests before us left - dirty and stinky towels, dust all over the place, bedding not changed in the bedroom, kitchen sink dirty. There was no shampoo or soap in the bathroom; it was an empty soap dispenser filled with water. Simply disappointing and will never stay here again or would ever recommend this place to anyone. . Any hotel room, even one star, would have been a better choice. It is overpriced too. Positive - good location and nice kitchen.

Not worth the money, but it COULD be fixed up

Posted Apr 20, 2016
Pros: The large rooms
Cons: Furniture, bedding, painting, towel bar and matching dishes
Location: Outdoor activities , food .
The Place needs repainting and some drywall patching, looks like it was furnished from bad thrift shops, bedding VERY inferior, ragged ribbons tied drapes, bath towel bar needs replacing, chipped, mismatched dishes, only 2 bowls, only 3 mismatched coffee cups. The real shame is the place is good, just not kept up. All this could easily be rectified and then it would be worth the $$$ tnight. Very disappointing and I have the photos to prove what I have said.

Ok. The last few poor reviews are for one unit that has not yet been renovated. We are working hard to improve the space.

Great location and value

Loved this place because it was easy to access stores, hikes, restaurants and all the things in Sedona. The views were great and the place was very clean and comfortable. The owner was accommodating and friendly and I look forward to going back.

Much more room than a hotel

Posted Nov 10, 2015
Pros: It was close to everything. We had an equipped kitchen and more space than we knew what to do with, just what I was looking for in my accommodations.
Cons: The size of the bed. I would have preferred a king size instead of a queen.
Location: The location was great. Starbucks is right next door and 3 grocery stores within 2-3 minutes. Close to town and the hiking and biking trails.
We booked this condo at the last minute and our criteria was to have much more room than we could afford with a hotel suite, a kitchen, and to be close to the strip and near stores. We got four out of four with this condo. We were a 3-5 minute drive to town, a kitchen that was fully equipped, a Starbucks right next door, Whole Foods a minute away, and another grocery store across the street. It was nice to cook a nice healthy meal indoors instead of going out to eat for every single meal. My 7 year was able to watch a kids show in the bedroom, while my husband watched the news in the living room. There was even a washer and dryer which is great if you plan on hiking or riding the trails like we did. That red dirt gets on everything, so that was an added bonus. The only negatives was that the bed was a queen size. I'm use to sleeping on a king, so it took some getting use to and you can hear the traffic a bit, but regardless of that, I would definitely come back again. Lastly, Eric was wonderful. He responded to every question in a timely fashion and made checking in/out very easy.

Awesome property, centrally located, not too much road noise, will definitely be back. Check in couldn't be easier and the Manager was so helpful. 20 foot ceilings, granite counter tops, stainless steel kitchen appliances and everything you need for the weekend. Don't hesitate to book this (if it's available)
