Very comfortable, excellent value in West Sedona

Posted Dec 1, 2016
Pros: The bed was so comfortable and linens were top notch. I liked it had a pool but it was not pool weather. Everything was so clean and well kept.
Cons: Just the coffee ;)
Location: It's Sedona, 2 nights is not enough! Plenty of shopping, hiking, dining and cultural options for all tastes and needs.
I am so glad I booked this hotel. All the staff were super nice and really cared about how we were enjoying our stay in Sedona. This is not a small Inn and the pictures don't do it justice. Everything is so well maintained, manicured and clean. It can hold its own to the big name properties. The room was so comfortable and quiet. The bathroom was huge and the linens were perfect. They are really proud of their breakfast and with reason. The coffee however needs to be dramatically improved. We will definitely come back to stay with them again. 2 nights in Sedona is just not enough!

Great review. Our location is in the quieter are but still just a few miles from the uptown area. We're one of the closest hotels to the Seven Canyons recreation area. Come see us again soon.

Great hotel & great location!

Posted Nov 22, 2016
Pros: Our favorite part about the hotel was the free breakfast. It included scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, bakery, fresh fruit, yogurt & more.
Cons: The Wi-Fi could have been better. It was a little inconsistent & slow.
We had never been to Sedona, Arizona before and absolutely loved it. The Sedona Real was a great place to stay with a great location. We did a lot of sightseeing in red rock country and the surrounding areas. The concierge was very knowledgeable & helpful. Our stay lasted 5 nights & we were able to do so many activities in Sedona and the surrounding areas. We did 2 Pink Jeep Tours, one of which was to the Grand Canyon. It was money well spent with professional guides. We also toured the following sites on our own: Chapel of the Holy Cross, Cathedral Rock, Montezuma's Well & Castle, Tuzigoot, Red Rock State Park, Airport Mesa, & Jerome. There is not much of a "night life" in Sedona. It is best to get up early with the sun and get all the activities in before dark. We spent most of the time enjoying the outdoors walking & hiking. Some of the walks were easy while others were more strenuous. The restaurants in Sedona were very good with our best dinner at The Barking Frog, just up the street from the hotel. There is also a lot of shopping experiences available, but we did not have time to do much shopping.

Great room, perfect location

Posted Nov 21, 2016
Great room with a comfy living room space. Breakfast was good and varied day to day. Concierge was very helpful, both in suggesting hikes, as well as scheduling outings. Lots of fabulous dining nearby, as well as shopping and sight seeing. I highly recommend this place!

Perfect for a quiet, peaceful Sedona vacation.

Posted Nov 20, 2016
Pros: Cost, location, comfort, great staff
Cons: Extra blankets for cooler weather, and more TV channels, like some music channels. When we were in the room at night not much on basic TV.
Location: Walk to a few shops and places to eat. Close to some great hiking trails.
This hotel at the west end of Sedona was great. Set away from the noise and hustle bustle of uptown Sedona and the main street area too. We could easily see the stars at night and the sun come up in the morning. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. When we asked to switch rooms they did so without asking why just made it happen, even moved our bags for us while we were gone. Concierge desk very helpful with maps and info on things to do, where to eat, directions, etc. Free serve yourself breakfast was basic but good with lots of variety. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Not a high-end style resort, but just perfect for a good stay with reasonable pricing. Would highly recommend it.

Beautiful surroundings with the most helpful staff

Posted Nov 19, 2016
The good-the staff especially the night staff. The room was super clean, views spectacular, and free wifi. The bad-no elevator and poorly lit stairs

Thank you for the review and especially bringing attention to the staff. We always hire people that genuinely care and I'm thrilled to know this was the feeling that carried through. Be sure to ask if you ever need any assistance getting luggage settled into your room. Were here to help.

Breakfast was great, much better than an average h

Posted Nov 16, 2016
Pros: Convenience, quiet, breakfast. It was easy to find and grounds were quiet.
Cons: Rooms should be painted a lighter colour so that they will be less dark and easier to see in the day and night.
Location: Sedona west. We had to drive to get to any places to do things. There wasn't much around the immediate area.
