Great hotel. Near everything.

Great location. Close to everything Reds serves great food & drinks. Try the berries and also the guacamole. Room service great too. Wished I had spent more time exploring the property around the hotel itself. Would come back again.

The restaurant is sub-par but the hotel location is within walking distance of better options. The spa had no availability during our weekend stay; need to hire more spa staff. Pool is nice, rooms are clean. Would like a better overall experience to justify cost of nearly $300/night(with resort fees).

When booking spa treatments, we recommend you book them well in advance as we do book up very quickly. March is our high season, so the room rates will be significantly higher than in other months. Great hotel, very convenient location

Excellent stay, we were so busy with activities, actually wish we had more time at hotel!! The food at restaurant was excellent and bartenders very friendly, especially Missy. She was new to job and area but still able to help us choose trails and site for sunset. We did not use spa so cannot comment on thise amenities.

One heck of a honeymoon spot

Pros: The offers were great. I loved the food at Red's and the showers were wonderful.
Cons: Our clock radio either didn't work or was difficult to figure out. I also could not adjust the TV's brightness.
This hotel and it's staff treated us like the most important guests they had. Everyone was friendly and willing to help. It doesn't hurt to be in such an incredible location as well. I'd come back to this lovely little spot in a heartbeat.

Just stayed overnight, but the hotel and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nice size wish we were able to stay longer.

First Time in Sedona

Pros: The staffs at the front desk and servers at Reds were friendly and helpful. There is 2 shower heads (massage and rain) in our large walk-in shower.
Cons: The air conditioner and heater combo keeps going on and off. I turned it off at night so I can fall asleep but I woke up cold.
Location: Its right off 89A. It's a short drive to shops, restaurants and about 7 miles to Red Rock State Park and Slide Rock State Park.
We really enjoy our stay in this hotel. It's close to everything but away from the uptown crowd. It's right next to Safeway for drinks and snacks. There is a heated pool, spa which we didn't have time to use. You can also order drinks to be delivered on the roof where they have tables, heaters and fire pits to watch the sunset and the night sky. For dining, they have $5 glasses of wine during the 4-6pm happy hour and we received a free small plate coupon for each night of our stay. We recommend this hotel and will stay here again.

Very nice place in the center of Sedona

The hotel is really very conveniently located. It is well maintained with very friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant serves very good and wholesome meals at affordable prices. The only sore point is that if you want to avail the Spa facility then you must book your spot well in advance.

Excellent location and friendly staff

Pros: The location was central and the hotel was extremely clean and rooms were spacious. The pool was warm and welcoming.
Room was spacious for a family of four and extremely clean. Great location and really friendly hotel staff who were extremely friendly and knowledgeable on the area and suggestions for things to do.

Poor business practice.

I needed to check out one day early due to a family emergency. Hotel would not refund the one night stay stating it is "nonrefundable", despite the fact that I have stayed at this hotel prior. They obviously are not interested in repeat business as I visit Sedona yearly. I also visited Sedona during the Sedona Film Festival, this hotel rents out parking spaces for the film festival attendees, this caused me to park a block away due to the fact that these spaces were rented out and no other spaces were vacant.

Relaxing, quiet get-away!

Pros: Ambiance. As soon as you walk out of the room, you hear the water fountain.
Check-in was fast, staff was very helpful and room was clean and comfortable.
