Convenient location.

Posted Nov 17, 2016
Location: Close to downtown Sedona. Went on Sedona Wine Tour that picked us up right at hotel.
Convenient to downtown Sedona, restaurant choices and walking path to Red Rock Formations right in back of hotel. Red's restaurant was very good. Ate breakfast and dinner there. Hotel staff was pleasant and helpful.

Excellent Hotel Overall

Posted Nov 15, 2016
Location: Coffee shop across the street (Java Love) is excellent. Breakfast spot nearby (Coffee Pot) is a winner. A full-size Safeway grocery store next door!
Sedona Rouge is a great hotel in a great location in West Sedona. It's only a 10 minute drive to all the key attractions, shopping, etc. My only negative is we got stuck with a low-end room on the first floor, facing the parking lot. The bathroom was weird - a bathtub inside the shower?? The lighting was poor. The rest of the room was fine I suppose. I just know they have much nicer rooms too. Make sure you check on that when you book. Aside from that, everything was great. The onsite restaurant/bar (Red's) was very nice. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our friend's suite overlooking the fire pits was lovely. (Good thing we could hang out in their room!)

Comfortable

Posted Nov 14, 2016
Pros: Location
Cons: Dinning experience
Comfortable hotel, good location. Terrible restaurant with basic old-style Sysco styled factory food. At $325/night I would have expected better accomodations. It you get it for under 200 it woud be ok

Posted Nov 11, 2016
Location: There area a super market and some restaurant, and restaurant on site very expensive.
No microwave, no refrigerator, hotel too far away from main shops and town. Staff was not freindly neither helpful . Not worth it for the money

Noisy Courtyard

Posted Nov 7, 2016
We had a Courtyard Suite. The room was clean and very roomy but the noise from the pool and the outside hallway was much louder than it should have been. The restaurant was nice but the wine list was limited. I would most likely not stay there again or ask for a room on the second or third floor.

Great hotel

Posted Nov 7, 2016
Terrific on all fronts, other than the fact that they charge a "resort fee" that is pretty steep - room prices should just include that fee so one can compare true costs to other hotels.

Dear b, Thank you for your feedback and we are glad you enjoyed your stay. All the hotels in Sedona charge different amounts for their resort fee. Ours is one of the lowest and it includes many different amenities within the hotel. We also worked closely with Expedia to make sure it is on all of our guests confirmations so that there are no surprises at check in. Please come back and visit us again.

Sedona Trip - October 2016

Posted Oct 30, 2016
Location: Very convenient to several restaurants. Pisa Lisa and Hideaway House are our favorites! Also allows very easy access to uptown Sedona.
I booked Sedona Rouge for a mother-daughter getaway based on reviews I had seen on-line. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised! This is a very cute boutique hotel in West Sedona! The rooms were clean and the staff was very courteous. It was wonderful to have the third floor outdoor terrace to have a cup of coffee in the mornings and stargaze and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. We will definitely stay here again!
