Sedona summit palacePosted Jul 21, 2015
Pros: I like the rooms and amenities
Cons: Yes. It was our 32 anniversary and we got a bag of chips and 2 trail mix bars. Wine or flowers for example is appreciated.
Location: Restaurants, shopping , stores all centrally located and easy to get to
Very nice, very clean. Outstanding location. Not to far from other venues.

Stayed overnight only with my two children.Posted Jul 20, 2015
Pros: The 4 pools were nice and hot tubs were nice. The infinity hot tub was the bomb and everyone should check out that one just for the view!!
Cons: room seemed dirty, rooms looked filthy.
Location: Just stayed overnight and headed to NAU the next day so only went to the grocery store which was in driving distance.
Being a single mom and staying at the resort overnight, I didn't appreciate being pulled over into the time share exhibit. The time share lady was nice until I told her I, the single mom I am, didn't fit into the annual capita for my income to get a time share. Then she quickly shoed us along. I wish expedia would tell you ahead of time about the time share ordeal. Otherwise, very pretty views of Sedona from resort and my kids loved that they had a choice of pools (4) and hot tubs to go to with their mom. They had a game room that we didn't get to use. I did get up early enough to use the treadmill in the workout room :)

RelaxingPosted Jul 11, 2015
Not facing directly to the main road, creates relaxed atmosphare. The total compound fits in the surrounding environment. There is a good viewpoint of the big thunder mountain near by.

very nice accom and excellent locationPosted Jul 3, 2015
Pros: location price pools and facilities
Cons: keep all that like it is! get rid of the pushy time share person who gets you as you check in
Location: sedona is wonderful and everything is a short ride away. The location was perfect for our needs
we loved this hotel and the only thing we would change is that they shouldnt push for time share sign ups on check in. We traveled many hours to get there and the last thing a guest wants to do is talk at a desk

Nice resort. Beautiful views.Posted Jun 27, 2015
Pros: We liked the scenic views, the location to everything in Sedona and to the Grand Canyon. I also liked that our room had a kitchen.
Location: Sedona, Arizona is a beautiful town with lots of shopping, restaurants and scenic views of the mountains. The Grand Canyon is only a few hours away.
We stayed here for two nights to take in the sights of Sedona and The Grand Canyon. We did not utilize anything offered at the resort since we were gone sight seeing both days but our room was quiet, clean and comfortable. It had a small kitchen which we prefer over eating out for every meal. It is in a convenient location. We would recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in Sedona.

Great place to unwind after a long trip.Posted Jun 27, 2015
Pros: All its ameneties.
Cons: A little bit more decoration in the rooms.
Location: Grand canyon
Stayed at their studio, great room with small kitchenette, a lot of amenities to be used. This is the place to unwind after a long travel from the grand canyon as well as local sight seing. The crowd is great, no ghetto folks. Will stay here again.

Road TripPosted Jun 26, 2015
We only stayed 3 nights, so we didn't use the resort facilities too much. The place was very nice. We sat through the sales pitch to get a big discount off our Grand Canyon Tour. That was worth it! We stayed in a studio unit and it need a little work, but over all much better than a hotel room. I was able to get laundry done. The pools were great and there were several.

It was a great place people were nice and the rooms were very well maintained. Only thing that I did not like was the $100.00 security deposit that I was not aware of and which takes 3 days to get back into ones account
