We are very sorry you did not thoroughly enjoy your stay with us. I am not quite sure when you stayed with us, however our pool is not out of order but is not heated in the winter. It is heated seasonally. A few weeks ago we had our spa redone. Perhaps, you stayed then. We are very appreciative of your feedback. This helps us better understand where our attention needs to be focused.
