We had 2 complaints at the property due to noise it was my mothers 91st Bday and we wanted a day of shopping and queit time. The person above us was totally nconsiderate Made 2 complaints with property 4pm and 11:30 pm than again in the morning their response was "sorry," we checked and women has a very heavy foot, what can we do!!! Needless to say we will never stay there again. It seems like they side with the person creating the problem. Very disappointed in their attitude towards guests.

Very clean, well-kept hotel in the middle of historic Cottonwood. Could not have been more satisfied with our stay there! Would recommend highly!

The rooms are decorated so beautifully. It was nice to have a refrigerator, wine glasses and a bottle opener. Front desk and staff were friendly and helpful. We could park and walk to restaurants, stores, and wine tastings. The outdoor patio and firepit were nice..

The Tavern was amazing! When we stepped in the foyer I immediately knew this was going to be three nights I will always remember. It was beautifully decorated, and every feature of the room was carefully designed for our comfort. The Tavern and the restaurants owned by them are beyond my words to describe. The food was beautifully presented, perfectly prepared, fairly priced and absolutely delicious. We will definitely return again and again!

We loved our room and the the hotel BUT we were on the bottom fooor and all we heard all day and night were people walking around and could not relax or sleep.

We liked the location and the quality of the room and entire facility. Eating options were great. The only, very minor, recommendation would be a fan in the bathroom and a hand-held spray nozzle in the shower.

The property was a cute, well maintained hotel with an excellent location to the shops and restaurants downtown. The only thing that could be improved on is the toilet paper and Kleenex's in the room. They were not soft and very thin,

The breakfast is not really included, they give you a $5 off voucher to use at Crema. Checkin and out was easy. The location is perfect. I did not like that our back patio faced a dilapidated home with weeds, the view was not something I would want to spend time looking at. Kinda disappointed in that.

The Tavern is a beautifully-designed, well-kept unique property. Their rooms are classy, comfortable, and well-stocked (e.g. extra blankets, coffee, even wine glasses!), and their staff are as professional and kind as they come. It was the best stay of our trip!

Our room was very spacious and clean. We were allowed to check in a little early which we appreciated a lot!! The hotel is very well located and walkable to the shops and restaurants. There's a lot to do in the Cottonwood area so no problem filling you days. We enjoyed the new winery on the hill right by the hotel. Definately a big plus for the community.

The hotel looked good on Hotels.com and definitely lived up to my expectations. It was fresh, clean, well run and convenient. The town of Cottonwood was a truly happy surprise. It had good energy and lots of restaurant choices. While there were people around, it was never crowded. We had a drink at the large winery across the street where the mountain views were amazing. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast at Crema nearby.
