Close to airport

Pros: Good wifi. Close to airport. Spacious rooms.
Cons: Breakfast.
Location: Near the airport. Close to seeb souq which is not very appealing.
Hotel is not particularly appealing. Easy to find, parking ok. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is poor. Opens on the seeb souq conveniently. Overall i would only recommend this to somebody looking for cheao value for money accomodation near the airport.

Not overly impressed.

Pros: The bed was large.
Cons: Room was filthy, food was terrible.
Only stayed one night due to the fact the room was dirty and the food was disgusting.

Pros: reasonable rate, close to where I wanted to be for business meeting
Cons: bathroom could do with a bit of modernisation
Location: a fair way out of the centre of Muscat and the airport
there for business nearby, so only spent one night, it was comfortable

Good hotel for the price.

I enjoyed the staff at the hotel. They were very helpful. The hotel is located in a good spot in the suburban town of Seeb (about 20 to 30 min. up the coast from Muscat).

Great for a night (layover etc)

Pros: King size bed Plenty of shampoo, body wash & lotion Staff were helpful & responsive to any needs
Cons: General vibe/ambience, maybe it wasn't busy that's why I felt that way.
Location: Close to the airport, in Seeb, lots of shops, ATM, banks, restaurants around the hotel
Chose this hotel purely on location- close proximity to the airport. Needed a place to rest for the night during my layover. Good location, easy access to the airport. The bed was comfortable, room was clean, big & nice. No cable TV, unless you wanna watch Arabic TV. Food was ok- restaurant's ambience gives a creepy vibe, very dark, needs more daylight.

Excellent for the price

Clean and good for the price, a little bit far from Muscat city Center, staff is polit and helpful
