best service ever

Pros: everything
Location: five minute walk to a mall, five-minute walk to several restaurants, 10 minute drive to the Carrefour market, and 10 minute drive to the old Souk
I have never been to a hotel no matter how many stars that has had better service than this one. The hotel itself is more than I expected, but the service and kindness made my experience feel like my own family owned the restaurant. I will definitely recommend this to anyone and be going back many times.

Lovely hotel near huge shopping mall

Our stay was terrifific!! We had a great suite, the place was quiet, clean and staff were super-friendly. Breakfast was good too!! I will stay again!!!

Room was ok, Have an issue with the toilet, Sorted out fast. Room is huge but light is very yellow and dark. Bed Sheets are more into polyester and not cotton. Hotel refused to give me an invoice claiming that I should get it from Hotels.com, They promised to come back to me yesterday after they check with reservation dept. but never did. Will not be back again for sure.

Great hotel, great location!

Stayed in the 2-bed suite - lovely size, separate (huge) bathrooms, kitchen, dining area and lounge. Very friendly staff, especially helped my wife with her gluten-free and dairy-free requirements at breakfast. Superb location, right next to Al Aali and Seef malls, plus great restaurants like Ninos and Cafe Lilou. Would definitely recommend to stay again!
